Lancome.com eGift Certificates can be purchased in various increments provided at purchase ranging from $25 to $500. An e-mail will be sent within 24 hours of your purchase to the recipient, letting her or him know you have sent the gift of a Lancome.com eGift Certificate. The e-mail will include a personal message from you (optional), explain the Lancome.com eGift Certificate program and provide detailed information on how to redeem the eGift Certificate.
Please note: A Lancome.com eGift Certificate is activated and ready to use once the recipient acknowledges the receipt of her or his eGift Certificate and validates it by registering and logging into your account.
To purchase a Lancome.com eGift Certificate:
- Access our eGift Certificate page by clicking on the eGift Certificate link at the bottom of our homepage or from the Customer Service page. Follow the step-by-step instructions and provide the information required to make your purchase.
- An order confirmation e-mail will then be sent to you.
- An e-mail announcing that a Lancôme eGift Certificate has been sent by you will be sent to the person for whom you've made the purchase.
- You will receive another e-mail letting you know that the recipient has recognized your gift, once she or he logs onto Lancome.com, registers as a My Lancôme member and validates her or his eGift Certificate number.
- For your protection, and to ensure that charges for eGift Certificates are authorized by customers' financial institutions, eGift Certificates purchased on our site will not be charged or authorized for redemption during non-business hours or on weekends and holidays. We recommend that any orders for eGift Certificates, intended for immediate redemption, be placed during our regular Customer Service business hours 8:00 AM - 12:00 AM Midnight EST, 7 days a week, excluding holidays.
To redeem a Lancome.com eGift Certificate:
- Register and log into your account. This is necessary in order to activate and validate your eGift Certificate and ensure its authenticity.
- Click on the eGift Certificates link.
- Enter the eGift Certificate number and click on validate. eGift Certificate numbers are case sensitive. Your eGift Certificate will now be activated and ready to use.
- Select the items you wish to purchase at Lancome.com.
- Proceed through checkout, following the step-by-step instructions.
- Your eGift Certificate balance(s) will automatically be applied to your purchase.
- If your order total exceeds your available eGift Certificate balance, you will be asked for a valid credit card number to pay for the balance due.
- Click Submit as the final step in the checkout process.
- Once your order is processed, you will see a confirmation page letting you know your order number.
Rules and Regulations for Lancome.com eGift Certificates:
- Lancome.com eGift Certificates purchased on lancome-usa.com are redeemable only on www.lancome-usa.com toward the purchase of products offered for sale there.
- Lancome.com eGift Certificates are activated and ready to use as soon as the recipient registers and logs in as an account member and validates his or her certificate number.
- Promotional offers may not be applied toward the purchase of a Lancome.com eGift Certificate.
- The total value of the eGift Certificate will be applied against the total order amount, including tax and shipping charges.
