The Lancôme Beauty Advisor represents the company at the Department store beauty counter. As a Beauty Advisor, you will share your time and knowledge, creating a unique brand experience for every woman, empowering her by listening and teaching her something new about our Lancôme Beauty products and how to use them to best benefit her. A candidate must possess a passion for beauty, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and a drive for sales achievement with integrity. Lancôme will train you in makeup artistry, skincare and fragrance consultations. You will be employed by one of our retailer partners on behalf of Lancôme.
As a Counter Manager, you oversee all aspects of the Lancôme business at your counter, including but not limited to, overall sales plan achievement and retailer relationships. You will coach and empower your team in the delivery of a luxury client experience. A candidate must possess a passion for beauty, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, strong leadership skills, an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to manage and inspire others for retention, sales and service. You will be employed by one of our retailer partners on behalf of Lancôme.

The Lancôme Education Executive educates, inspires and develops Beauty Advisors through regional training seminars and on-going coaching and development. As a Lancôme Education Executive, you will ensure Lancôme’s Beauty Advisors consistently achieve a superior service level. A candidate must possess a passion for beauty, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, excellent facilitation and teaching skills, the demonstrated ability to captivate a room, strong developmental and indirect management experiences and a record of strong sales performance.
The Lancôme Sales & Training Executive develops all counter personnel on education strategy, recruiting the best talent, and developing teams to ensure goals are met through flawless execution in events and empowering sales talent to achieve sales goals.

Day 1: Lancôme Beauty Advisors take a 3-day Lancôme immersion training in skincare, makeup, fragrance and servicing a client in a luxury environment.
1+ Year of Service: Beauty Advisors can continue to develop their expertise through Advanced Training opportunities in Skincare or Makeup Advanced Certifications.
In addition to service training, we also offer leadership and business management training to our Counter Managers.
