COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES
Lancôme's first priority is the safety, health and well-being of customers, employees and partners. Safety measures have been implemented to protect against COVID-19, and as a result, orders are experiencing shipping delays. Additionally, there will be implementation of a three (3) day quarantine of all returned packages. Returns are still being accepted, but please expect a delay in processing your return refund while these extra precautions to protect warehouse personnel staff are being implemented. Return a Product
Items purchased from lancome.com, must be returned to lancome.com. Simply complete the Return Form attached to the bottom of your invoice with the information requested. Pack the item(s) to be returned, along with the Return Form, in the original package if possible. Peel off the Return Label and adhere it to the return package. Returned packages must be returned prepaid, to the address on the return label.

Foundation And Fragrance - Free Shipping and Free Returns
Free returns valid on any order which contains a foundation or fragrance product* that was placed on or after May 10, 2012. Please contact customer service to request the return label. *Free returns is not valid on gift set purchases that include a fragrance or foundation item.
