HOW DO I REDEEM MY E-GIFT CARD?

e-Gift cards can be used as a form of payment for purchases on lancôme-usa.com. To redeem your e-gift card, enter the 19 digit e-gift card number and 4 digit pin at checkout. Any remaining balance on your e-gift card can be used on future lancôme-usa.com purchases.

HOW DO I GIFT AN E-GIFT CARD?

To give the gift of an e-gift card, simply choose your e-gift card design on this page, enter the recipient information and choose the dollar value of the card. The card will be added to your lancôme-usa.com cart and you can proceed to checkout. Once checkout is complete, the recipient will receive an email that they have been gifted an e-gift card to lancôme-usa.com with instructions on how to redeem towards their future purchases.

CAN I RETURN AN ORDER MADE WITH AN E-GIFT CARD?

Yes! Once your purchase is returned, a new e-gift card will be triggered and emailed to you with a new gift card number and pin number.

HOW DO I FIND MY E-GIFT CARD BALANCE?

Simply click here, and you will be able to check your balance. Please note: E-gift card balances are not updated until an order made with the card has shipped.

DO LANCÔME-USA.COM E-GIFT CARDS EVER EXPIRE OR DEPRECIATE?

Our e-gift cards never depreciate in value. If a card with a balance has had no activity for 5 years, it will be deactivated. A deactivated card cannot be reactivated.

CAN I SPLIT A PAYMENT BETWEEN AN E-GIFT CARD AND A CREDIT CARD?

Yes, split payments are allowed with e-gift cards. The e-gift card amount will apply first, and if there’s a remaining balance, you can pay it with a credit card.

The value of your purchase will be deducted from the card’s current value. E-Gift Cards may be used multiple times until the value is fully depleted. E-Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law. E-Gift Cards do not expire, and there are no fees associated with use.
