What is Elite Rewards?

Lancôme Elite Rewards is an exclusive loyalty program designed to treat women like you with the fabulous rewards you deserve. Membership is complimentary and you earn points every time you shop in store or online, connect with us on your social channels and share Lancôme with your friends. You can easily redeem those points online for the products you love and experiences you’ll never forget. It’s as simple and rewarding as that.

Earning Points

How do I start earning points?

Your points add up beautifully and quickly every time you shop, connect and share.

SHOP: Earn 10 points for every $1 when you shop in store and on any website where Lancôme is sold.

CONNECT: Earn 50 points when you connect with us on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or Foursquare.

SHARE: Earn up to 25 points every time you share with friends on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

Can I earn points for all Elite Rewards activities on my mobile or tablet browser?

Yes, you can earn points for most web-based activities on your cell phone and mobile devices but you need to disable ‘private browsing’ on your mobile browser. Check your mobile browser settings on your phone to ensure it always accepts cookies.

Is it possible for me to lose points?

Yes, if you remove any profile information you already earned points for, including adding your phone number or gender as well as connecting social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Foursquare, Instagram). Once those disconnections have been made, we will deduct points until you re-connect.

Redeeming Rewards

How do I redeem my points for rewards and experiences?

It’s easy. Simply click "Redeem" on the reward detail page, then follow the checkout instructions. We will send you an email as soon as your transaction is complete.

Digital rewards will also be on your Confirmation page and History page. We will mail any physical or experiential rewards to the address you provided.

What are my Redeemable Points?

Your Redeemable Points are the number of points you have available to redeem rewards. This number decreases with each reward you redeem.

I redeemed a reward. How do I use this coupon code to complete my transaction?

Once you use your Elite Rewards points to redeem a Lancome product, you will receive a coupon link...

Can I transfer my points or rewards to another member?

Sorry, you cannot transfer (or sell) points or redeemed rewards to anyone else in the program. Any accounts suspected of this will lead to forfeiture of acquired points and possible suspension or termination of your account.

Can I return a reward I redeemed?

Sorry, you cannot return a reward. So please make sure you double check the items in your rewards cart before checking out.

Your Lancôme Purchases

How do I earn Elite Rewards points for my Lancome.com online purchases?

If the email address entered during check out on Lancôme.com matches your Elite Rewards account email, your purchase will be posted automatically.

NOTE: Purchase transactions will be compiled and processed once per day; allow 48-72 hours for points to post.

How do I earn Elite Rewards points for purchases made at retail locations?

You can claim your in-store/retailer purchases by snapping a photo of your receipt and texting it. Text LANCOME to 811-811 to get started.**

You can also enter your Receipt Number, Product Number, Date of Purchase and Store under "Type Your Receipt Info" on the Activities page.

NOTE: When manually entering your receipt info, only 3 products can be claimed each month for points.

How do I earn Elite Rewards points for replenishment?

Sign up for Lancôme Auto-Replenish service and enjoy the convenience of having your favorite Lancôme products delivered to you automatically. As an Elite Rewards member, you have an opportunity to earn points when:

1. An Auto-Replenish order is placed - points are based on desired delivery frequency (ex: 1 month subscription = 150 points).

2. Your Lancôme product is shipped - earn 10 points for each shipment.

I’ve made a purchase before joining the Elite Rewards program. Can I still earn points for my previous transaction?

We can not award points for previous purchases. You must have been enrolled in the program at the time of purchase to earn points.

Personalizing Your Account

How do I upload my profile photo?

Your Elite Rewards profile picture is pulled in directly from Facebook, when you connect your account to Elite Rewards. Unfortunately you can not upload a profile photo separate from your Facebook account at this time.

Why should I join the rewards mailing list?

You get Elite Rewards points every time you read the Elite Rewards Beauty Update newsletter. Plus, it’s the best way to stay up-to-date on new reward opportunities, exclusive events, product launches and more. It’s our direct way of staying connected with you about the wonderful world of Elite Rewards.

If you didn't sign up when you first joined the program, head over to Account Settings, switch the notification tab preference to "On" and be on the lookout for an update soon.

How do I unsubscribe from Elite Rewards emails?

We are sorry to see you miss out on important Elite Rewards news. But if you must, simply click here to access the Settings section of your Account Profile page and uncheck the email box. Or click on “unsubscribe” at the bottom of your email.

I signed up for the mailing list but am not receiving points for reading my emails.

If you're not receiving points for reading your Beauty Update newsletter, please make sure you are downloading the images displayed within the emails, otherwise you will NOT earn points.
