My Lancôme Rewards is an exclusive, complimentary loyalty program designed to give you the benefits and rewards you deserve. Our program is designed in three tiers, with increasing benefits in each. You will earn 10 points for every $1 you spend on www.lancome-usa.com. Once you have earned points, you can begin to redeem rewards from our exclusive rewards catalog.

There are many benefits that members enjoy as soon as they join the program, including a member welcome point bonus, early access to new products and promotions, an annual birthday gift, complimentary shipping and more.

As a member, you receive exclusive access to a rewards catalog where points can be redeemed for exclusive Lancôme items and select bestselling products. Once you have enough points, rewards can be added to cart through the rewards catalog in “My Account” or at checkout. Items redeemed through our rewards catalog are complimentary plus the cost of shipping, regardless of tier status.

Your points will remain valid in your loyalty account for 12 months. After 12 months from earn date, the points will expire.

My Lancôme Rewards Program members start at the Rose Gold tier and will qualify to move from Rose Gold to Gold tier after accumulating at least 2,000 points; to Platinum tier after accumulating at least 6,500 points and to Exclusive tier after accumulating at least 20,000 points from date of enrollment through the end of the following calendar year. Once you qualify for a Benefit Tier, your status is good until the end of the following calendar year. You must requalify for your Benefit Tier at the end of the following calendar year to maintain your status, otherwise, you will revert back to the Rose Gold member tier.

www.lancome-usa.com purchasers will be reflected in your loyalty account up to 48 hours after your order ships.

Points cannot be transferred or redeemed for any other loyalty member. Once points are added to your account, they are non-transferable.

Points are earned on all purchases made on www.lancome-usa.com. Points are not awarded for purchases made outside of www.lancome-usa.com or in any retail stores.

No, we cannot award points for previous purchases. You must be enrolled in the program at the time of purchase to earn points.

No, in May 2023, we enhanced our loyalty program to give you more value and benefits. If you were a member of Elite Rewards, you can continue to sign into your existing account and you will automatically be enrolled in our new program, My Lancôme Rewards.

My Lancôme Rewards allows for a better experience to earn points and redeem for exclusive rewards. All the amazing benefits of Elite Rewards remain (i.e., complimentary shipping, exclusive offers, early access to launches, access to rewards catalog) and now with My Lancôme Rewards you will now experience more ways to earn (i.e., virtual services, charity donation, quizzes, etc.) and exclusive rewards that cannot be purchased elsewhere.

A user is permitted to add an unlimited number of eligible rewards to their cart for redemption, subject to the explicit condition that the user maintains an adequate and verifiable point balance sufficient to cover the total point value of all selected rewards.
