Rated 1 out of 5 by from Freezes in winter I have been using Lancome for the past 20 years - cream, cleansers, make up, perfume - everything that Lancome has to offer. I started using this cleanser last year. I bought it in summer and it worked perfectly fine. But in winter, it froze! Making it very difficult to pump. I believe it is because of the miel that is in that but that's the sad reality! It is so hard to pump out that I gave up using it. While it might be a good product for some other areas of the world, it doesn't work at in the freezing cold of Canada! Lancome should have thought about that before making a miel based product! Disappointing!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad design The design of bottle is sucks, can't pump out cleanser at all. So I had to buy some other bottles from beauty store and fill this into..

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delightful Surprise I purchased a sample size of the Miel-en-Mousse cleanser as part of Lancome's 2018 Advent Calendar, and have been very impressed. The honey-textured liquid works into a rich, creamy lather that easily removes every trace of make-up. It leaves my face soft and smooth, with a natural light honey scent. The full-size is a bit pricey for every day, but worth a splurge!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very thick cleanser, can not be pumped out. This cleanser is too thick, so the pump does not work. Not well designed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gets rid of acne! I had bad cystic acne that wouldn’t go away. I looked it up to see what would make it go away and the answer was honey. So I began my search for a face wash with honey and found this. A month after using it my cystic acne went away. I’ve been using it for a year now and it has never come back once. It always doubles as a make up remover which is very nice! I’ve been on the same bottle for a year now too, so it lasts a long time.

Its says to use on dry face, but can it be used on wet face, as I find it hard on dry as it pulls the skin? First time user.

Asked by: K zambetakis
Yes. After applying the cleanser to dry skin, add a little water until it lathers (don't use this to remove your eye makeup). I use this and follow up with Lancome's Gel Pure Focus cleanser. I have combo/oily skin, and it works for me.
