Super fun product!
I have used Lancome products for over 25 years, I started at age 14. I am so devoted to the brand I have loved every product I have purchased. The Monsieur Big Color Lash topcoat is no exception. I got the color gold and wear it on top of the cil booster, and Monsieur Big mascara in the color black. The gold adds a fun hint of gold on my lashes and gives the eye makeup a little bit more depth. I have also worn the Gold Top Coat by itself on a more natural light makeup day and its just as beautiful. Gives my eyelashes shape, and a hint of gold tones.

Not worth it
Not a good product. Color barely showed up but mainly it's very drying and flaky and difficult to remove.

Definitely must use over mascara, best when still wet. Splashes on face when using, dries crunchy and yes use lancome Bi-facil to remove, let sit a few seconds to absorb

Yeah, something besides black mascara!!!
I tried this in blue and green over top of my brown definicils. I love the subtle color. I put one coat definicils and then two of the color. I am just very glad to finally find something other than black or darker black!! News flash, after a certain age black mascara puts years on you! just sayin.... Lancome, put out some plum or burgundy or blue mascara please please.

I was underwhelmed
I thought this would be a fun addition for going out with friends, etc. Under the bathroom lights, it looked greate. But, when it dried, it flaked and it wasn't as interesting as I had anticipated.

Flakes everywhere
Beautiful colors, but it flakes all over my cheeks and whatever I’m standing over when I apply it. Unfortunately, I purchased the green, gold and pink for myself and for gifts.

Can I use the top coat colored eyelashes by itself or does it HAVE to go over mascara or primer?
I think it too much as a solo color. It is gorgeous on top of Monsieur Big. It is stunning as a accent to engender length mascara! The color you choose can accentuate your eye color!
