Very happy
I was a bit concerned about purchasing after reading some of the reviews, however, I am very pleased with the brow gel. I don't find the brush hard to use, and I love how it defines and holds my skimpy brows, and more importantly it lasts!! Wish it came in different shades.
Deducted 1 star for the warning on the label "Caution: Flammable until dry. Keep away from flames and heat" -- makes me wonder what is in the tube.

A bit disappointing
This was the first time I purchased this brow gel. The brush is too small and the brow gel goes on clumpy. I won’t buy this again.

I should have taken other reviews more seriously, I usually do. This applicator is not a nice brush like the former model. This one collects a bunch of product on one side, and doesn't seem to have brushes (or in this case, plastic) on the other side. Once I used it, I realized this is not going to get better, and I apply it to the brush from my old product and use that. It collects in clumps on eyebrows. I wish they wouldn't fix it if it ain't broke. I'll find another brand for my eyebrow product. Yuck on this.

Do you have plans to put out a darker brown/black color for women of color? The colors you have do not represent me or my ethnicity.

I have used Lancome for 40 years and have used brow groomer since it came out. You should listen to your customers. Bring it back the new products out make older women look like clowns. Date to be different

I am so disappointed that you no longer carry taupe for brows. I have used it for years and have gotten so many compliments on it from local salons that I go to. Please bring it back. In the meantime I will order from another company.

At the Lancôme counter I tried Mahogany which I loved but then was told it wasn't available any longer. Had to settle for 02 what ever that is??Not happy with the color going to return it and try Ultra. Same with the eyeliner color.

In the Sourcils Styler - is the Brun styler the same as 03 that I purchased in the store. And if so which Sourcils Definis color matches.
