Benefits

Benefits:
-The lightweight texture is unique-powder-crème to contour, and a silky-crème to highlight
-Easy application, even on the go in its sleek, portable pack
-Both ends are designed to fit in narrow areas of the face like the nose and jawline for precision

Application Tips:
Three different looks to add depth and definition where you want it:

Chisel your cheeks- Beginning at the top of your ear, apply the contour following the line directly underneath your cheekbone.  Use the highlighter in a half moon shape, starting at the top of your temple and following down the top of the cheekbone. Blend shades to create a faux glow and defined cheek bones.

Sculpt your nose- Draw a line with the contour side of the stick down both sides of the nose - it's important to blend so it looks natural. To add more dimension or length, highlight down the bridge of the nose.

Define your jaw- Contour along the jawline on both sides of the face, starting at the edge of the jaw toward the chin. Blend well for a softly defined jawline add highlight to the chin to balance the sculpted jaw.

Le Duo Stick is rated 4.1 out of 5 by 102.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy, natural look I used Le Duo today for my first attempt at contouring. Friends who are much more into makeup than I warned me away from contouring saying it's too hard and time-consuming, but actually it was pretty easy and looks natural. It's not the dramatic, "Oh my gahd who is that?" difference I've seen in some of photos of contouring. It's just a bit more definition, and the highlighting of the upper cheeks and lining of the eye with a light color opens the face up and gives a young, healthy glow. The only possible issue people might find is that the highlighting color is not very light, in fact in three of the five available colors, it was darker than my olive complexion.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Contouring Made Simple This is a review for Ivoire: The stick glides on, making it easy to place. Definitely valuable to beginners. The formula blends easily. The color creates a nice, subtle shadow and is far better than bronzers that turn orange. The size of this stick makes application "just right" - works on the sides of the nose, jawbone as well as cheek contour. The Ivoire highlighter color is not too sparkly and is great to use below the contour as well as above at the outer corner of the eye, and down the center of the nose. I also like to use it above the inner brow and around the side of the lip. For additional cheek contouring, I use blush subtil in Mocha Havana, or the contour color in the trio compact. Nice addition to the line.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from This product is not for darker complexions I was very excited to try le duo because I love my 500 suede w teint idole foundation. Considering that the shades of le duo paired with the foundation (i.e. bisque, suede, etc.) I figured this would work for my complexion. The highlight was absolutely gorgeous but to my disappointment the contour was my exact shade. I had to return le duo and purchased the teint idole foundation stick in 555. Overall, I think this would have been a great product if it worked for my complexion. I assumed because the shade was "suede" that it would work for me but that wasn't the case. I recommend for lighter complexions! I'm sure it will work wonderfully.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works even on an 80-year old to conceal and contour I visited my mom who turned 80 this past January and after using Lancôme moisturizer and eye cream on her, mom decided she wanted me to do a 'makeover' using my Lancôme makeup that I brought with me. I used the contour and concealing stick duo and much to mine and her surprise, she looked 15 to 20 years younger. It was an amazing experience, and it proves you're never too old to keep up appearances. Upon leaving, I accidently "forgot" the duo stick so she can use it whenever she wants.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not a Fan I agree with the other reviewer, the highlight is far too sheer. It has a creamy/greasy texture and does not last. I have never reviewed a product before, but I just feel like there are so many other products at a lower price point that do a much better job. This product is appealing since it is a 2 in 1, but I would definitely not purchase again. I have tried it about 3 times, and am thinking that I won't ever use it again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from For the first time ever, I can contour without looking dirty. Love this! Excellent. I'm almost 47, and I did try to contour my nose when I was young way before the age of Instagram and contouring rage. I could never get it to look right. Somehow my slightly wide nose would look ginormous. I definitely couldn't do it well. I tried more recently with some powder and then a cream product and still failed. This I tried the le duo stick. And for the first time ever, I can contour.sure, my nose isn't Michelle pfeiffer. I use her because she has the most aquiline nose I can think of...but it does look thinner and more well defined. Just enough... Thank you, lancome. .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the ease of use I recently purchased the Le Duo in Bisque. This shade is the perfect compliment to my skin tone as my Lancôme foundation, Teint Idole, is also Bisque (350). I found the application of the product to be effortless after watching the video on how to apply. I have read some of the reviews about the highlight portion being to shimmery. I didn't find it to be too shimmery but I also prefer eye shadow with a bit of sheen or sparkle as opposed to absolute matte. I found the design of this product much easier and more precise to use than a powder contour. Since my purchase, I have retired my powder contour for now Another review said that it was not buildable and that it wears off easily. I did find it buildable with ease. I also didn't have trouble with it wearing off but I use La Base Pro Primer under my foundation and finish with Translucence powder to set my makeup to last all day.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I like this This is a contour product, not for coverage. Try to match your skin tone. It is nice for a natural look and not over made up. I use the contour in the crease of my eyes also. And highlight under my brow. It give your cheeks a nice glow. It was great this winter and did not settle into creases. Made my skin look dewy and healthy.

I use foundation stick color bisque w#320. What color should I buy for Le duo stick?

Asked by: Hanna
Ideally, these are designed to be easy to use based on your foundation color. You should use the Bisque Le Duo. The contour is designed to be a bit darker than Bisque foundation.

i use absolute 230 nc - which color should i use

Asked by: Anonymous
I am a Pearl 135NW and use the Ivoire for just a hint. Anything else would be too intense. If you are using the Ecru 230C, you can use the Buff or for a little more intensity you might be able to use the Bisque. Chat with a Lancome' representative which could help you even more.

I wear Imanace Tinted Moisturizer in bisque and cannelle when I have some color what color would you recommend for the le duo contouring stick?

Asked by: RosieKaPosie
I am very fair and use the Ivoire color, as I just want a hint that is not really noticeable. You should be able to use either the Buff or the Bisque, but I wouldn't go any darker than that. All depends on how intense you want to go. Hope this helps. You can always chat with a Lancome' representative.

I use Teint Idole Ultra 460 Suede. What color Le Duo Stick should I use?

Asked by: Anonymous
The Le Duo Stick comes in the Suede shade...so you would use it..there is a darker end for the contour and a lighter end for the highlighting. I use Bisque 250 W in the foundation stick and the Bisque in the duo stick... they work beautifully together. Good luck and I know you will love the Le Duo Stick!
