Celebrate 85-years of luxury fragrance with Lancôme Peut-Être perfume.
An ode to seduction and moments.
Suspended in time.
“Peut-Être proclaims nothing at all. It is both question and answer, a non-committal promise, tinged with hope; it is a word symbolic of youth.”
- Armand Petijean, founder of Lancôme.
Imagined in 1937 by the founder of Lancôme himself, and inspired by the emancipation of women at the end of the 1930s, Peut-Être is reimagined for 2020.
Heart Note: Damascena Rose
Base Note: White Musks
Assembled by Nathalie Lorson, Peut-Être is the fragrance of seduction. With a signature white musk, it's an assemblage of rose and golden amber for a powdery floral scent.
Imagine stepping into a French botanical garden, abundant in fresh flowers, after a perfect springtime rain. Full rose bushes with lush greenery and bright petals, the sweet scent of the garden is intoxicating, warm and alluring.
"I gave free rein to my passion for musks in order to sublimate the Rose, the queen of flowers for Lancôme. A musky ambery rose that celebrates supreme luxury with the most precious qualities of my perfumer palette, notably an overdose of musks at more than 20-percent." - Nathalie Lorson.
Today, the gate is a Lancôme icon: the door to jardin de la Maison Lancôme.
