Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed Was extremely upset about the discontinuance of the Photogenic Lummesence foundation, which I used for years. That gave great coverage was oil free, yet did not dry out the skin and was dermatologist tested. Miracle was recommended to me as a replacement as I like oil free, fragrance free, non comedogenic/acnegenic and determatologist tested yet hydrating and not drying or cakey. This just didn't cut it. It was watery, hardly gave coverage and had a very perfumey and flowery smell ugh! I now find out that Lancome is also phasing this out, not surprised I don't know why Lancome no longer has a foundation in product line the way the phootgenic and this product was. The lumimous and radiant finishes now available are not oil free, and with the specifications mentioned above with moderate -full coverage, or at least give a choice of 2 product finishes like sheer and moderate. PLEASE BRING A PRODUCT LINE LIKE THAT BACK!!!!! I have been a Lancome user for 30 years and now I cannot find a foundation that is good. Seems like everyone is also complaining about the new teint idole formula, which I thought I would try, but that did not get good reviews on the new formula. PLEASE TAKE YOUR CLIENTS SERIOUSLY AS TO WHAT THEY LIKE ESPECIALLY LOYAL CLIENTS!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent foundation I have been using this as a staple foundation since my 30s. As this is when my Lancome bronzer was not enough to "cover" my imperfections. I was offered a sample and have been using it everyday, ever since. It's lightweight- not oily or greasy. Perfect light foundation. I have EXTREMELY sensitive skin (eczema) and this has no smell - the SPF (I'm allergic to SPF) in this foundation is perfect- it really is a beautiful light to moderate (if you layer it) foundation I will continue through my 40s. Thank you ! I've been a Lancome client since 30 years old.. and again, with my extremely sensitive skin I can 100% enjoy this and feel / look great so thank you!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So natural looking I love this foundation because it is light yet provides coverage, but looks so natural. It took a few attempts in the proper lighting to get just the right shade, but I love it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from it is good for dry skin it's coverage is low or medium i think. But if you use the brush it will be much better.

is it better to apply a face primer before you apply your foundation

I currently use the teint miracle
Asked by: Susan
Applying primer before your foundation is entirely up to you. How does the foundation feel when you put it on? Do you apply powder following the foundation? Also, does your foundation feel like it has worn off at the end of the day? Is your skin oily? Or dry? Teint Miracle tends to be a lightweight foundation, so you may not want to wear a primer, just apply some powder following application. I have dry skin, and don't use a primer. I prefer just to apply foundation, once my moisturizer is set, followed by powder, and it lasts all day. If you have oily skin, then you might want to try a primer. Primers come in all types, some help to calm the skin prior, others to set foundation, while others help with the undertones of coloring (too much natural redness or add some natural color). Again, it's entirely up to you. If you try the primer, and find that you don't like it, return it. There shouldn't be a problem. Or ask a beauty advisor, they can help you find what you are looking for.

Color match Teint Miracle to Renergie foundation

I've been using Renergie Lift in 255 C20 N which is a very good match to my skin tone. I would like to know what would be the comparable color in the Teint Miracle. I'd love to try it, but cannot get into a store to select the shade.

My foundation color has been discontinued. What is the equivalent?

I usually wear Teint Miracle 370 Bisque (N), but it is no longer available. What did you replace it with? I tried using your foundation finder chart, but the color swatches are too difficult to compare against my nearly empty bottle. Please advise.
Asked by: TitaFitz
I would go to your nearest Lancome counter and speak to one of their experts to determine a new shade that matches as close as possible to the 370 Bisque (N). I wear Teint Miracle myself and I love it. I would also try a few of the other foundations that I have purchased. I purchased the Teint Idole Ultra Longwear Foundation Stick which I LOVE! I also purchased the Teint Idole Ultra Longwear Cushion Foundation which I apply with a brush or with a sponge as I do with the others. I think if you take the trip to the Lancome counter you will leave finding what you are looking for and maybe some new additions to your collection! Good luck and Happy Shopping!

Switching Foundation

I want to switch from Tiente Miracle Radiant Foundation 420 Bisque C to Tiente Idole Ultra 24. What would be the comparatable shade?
Asked by: Maria
You should go to Lancome and get color matched professionally or do the online chat available on this site, but I think (guess) you would be 390 Bisque C. I worked for Lancome for several years at Kaufmann's which is now a Macy's in the Late 90's until 2003. It is very hard to color match yourself online. Contacting Lancome directly would be your best option if you do not want to go into a store.

What is the difference between 330 bisque 5c and bisque 5c and 350 bisque 5c?

Asked by: Amina
The C in the Bisque means it is a cool shade so if you skin tone has red undertones you are a cool color. The numbers represent the levels of darkness for example Bisque 5c is darker than 350 Bisque c.

I don't see you have ivory C anymore. Is ivory 2C same as C?
Asked by: Anna
Hi Anna I would use Ivoire 4N - that is the most comparable to the Ivoire 2C except that the 4N is neutral. I would ask your local Lancome representative and try some out at the counter. Sometimes it is really hard to guess when ordering. Or you can try Lancome customer service. Best of luck and try it out!!!

What's my skin undertone?

Hi Everybody! Could you please help me figure out my skin undertone? I'm having a hard time. Am I cool, neutral, or just a very fair olive? I've done online research on it but it just still does not make sense for me. I think that I'm cool but than I have a lot of red in my brown hair so than it's just confusing. Thank you!!
Asked by: M_88
Hello - you seem to be cool to me with a hint of warm. In the photo your skin seems pinkish and your veins are bluish-purple. If you have bluish-green veins you may be neutral. I have had the same issue in the past when trying to determine my own skin undertone. Take a plain piece of white paper and put it next to your face, without makeup. What does it look like? If it looks dull, you are warm, if it's “good,” you’re cool. If you can’t tell much difference, you’re neutral. skin appears sallow or yellowish?you’re warm. Pink or rosy, then you are cool. Grayish? You may have a neutral undertone. Usually, those with gold, brown, green, hazel with gold flecks, and blue eyes are warm-toned. Deep brown, steel blue, hazel with grey or blue flecks, and grey are cool toned. This sounds crazy also, but have a friend look behind your ears. If they are pink, then you are cool and if you can't tell you may be neutral. Which colors look the best on you? Warm Earth colors such as olive, yellow, red, etc. Or cool - such as blue and purple. You can test out one of each, cool and warm shirts and see which one you look best in. Gold or silver jewelry is also another small way. If the gold makes you beam then you are warm - if the silver makes you sparkle you are cool. If you wear both very well you probably are neutral. I hope this helps! It should be pretty easy now if you do these simple steps to find out which undertone you are. I have cool undertones, get freckles and have auburn red hair and hazel eyes. Best of luck to you!!!

Comparable Shade for Teint Miracle 240 Buf W?

My current Teint Miracle foundation is 240 Buf W. What is the comparable shade in the new line?
Asked by: Anonymous
My suggestion would be to take a cotton swab, and streak a small amount on the back of your hand, and match it to the screen for the new miracle line. If that seems frustrating or you just can't make a good match, then my suggestion is to talk to a beauty advisor online. They know the products and they know what shade might work for you. I think that you will find the new line of miracle goes on really light and fresh, as well as a little going a long way.

I'm wondering about teint miracle foundation color.

i was tested this product at south korea. at that time i tested color p-01. and p-01 is perfect for my skin color. but now i recognized in usa there's no color name such as p-01. i heared p-01 is only made for asian skin color and sell in only asia. So what color shuld i buy instead of p-01? i think ivoire 2c is most similar with p-01. am i right? what do u think???
As always, I suggest going to a makeup counter to get color matched. Once you have that done, you will know your foundation color number & can order online. If you get any sun in the Summer, you should go get color matched again as your foundation color will be slightly different. I hope this helps!

I am 59 years young. My skin is now drier than it used to be. But, yet, I need coverage as well as radience in a foundation. Will this work for me?

Asked by: RCanno
Yes, it definitely will give your skin hydration, radiance and also buildable coverage in the areas where you need it most (i.e. red spots/patches/uneven skin tone). I always use a primer before I apply Tient Miracle and even if you don't - a little goes a long, long way...It has a very silky feel which reflects light and makes you feel and look as though you don't have makeup on...that plus how it covers and helps hydration are the reasons why you should try a sample or purchase your shade - Hope this helps! Asked by: TUFFSY
You should really go into a Lancome counter and have it tested on your face. Every time I buy new powder or foundation, I have them test a few colors and I don't tell them what color I had before. That way I know that each time, the color is the perfect match. My skin tone changes a lot throughout the seasons, as I get more or less sun. I never buy a product without testing it in store first, no matter how many times I've bought that product before. Formulas change, so if you want a perfect match, try it in store.

No, this does not cause breaks outs. It's not oily like some foundations with the "glowing" affect. But you shouldn't sleep in it. I find it's always better to remove make up before going to bed and cleanse the skin thoroughly. And moisturize. But I've had not breakouts from this product.

Looking to transition from Dual Finish Matte Neutrale

I usually wear Matte Neutrale for the Dual finish powder but was interested in the Teint Miracle liquid foundation but wasn't quite sure the color match? I was looking at Buff 6w and 7w and was wondering if 7w was just more yellow in terms of undertone or was it also darker?
Asked by: yoolsbg
I can't speak to the color, because I wear the darker shades. You would have to have a lancome professional color match you. Which is what I did. But I have used the Dual finish powder AND the TEINT Miracle. Both products! The Teint Miracle gives you a very natural finish to your skin. Youthens it a bit. With The Dual Finsh powder, I did notice a more powdery finish. It's a very formal finish for your skin. The Teint Miracle is more every day.
