This is the best of the very best. A little goes a long way and the results are fantastic in a very short time. Over the years I have tried many high quality products ..... this one is tops!

I used the Absolue Ultimate βx Replenishing and Restructuring Serum for approximately a year and a half prior to purchasing the moisturizer. The serum was wonderful as a base to my daily moisturizer, however once I went to purchase another serum, I discovered the Absolue Premium βx Absolute Replenishing Lotion with SPF 15 Sunscreen; two birds with one stone! The benefits of the serum I loved plus a sunscreen... and I no longer had to apply a moisturizer on top! I was highly pleased with the lotion, however unfortunately due to my own clumsiness, I dropped the bottle on the restroom floor and it shattered only a few weeks after the purchase. Nothing could be salvaged of course. I couldn't justify purchasing another bottle at least for a couple of weeks due to the cost. It's affordable, but to buy two back-to-back goes against my "financial morals." The Lancôme representative at the Nordstrom where I originally purchased the lotion was extremely helpful and offered to discuss alternatives at a lesser cost and give me some samples until I was ready to purchase the moisturizer again.

this is the best skin care product i have EVER used. I tried it about 7 years ago and have never stopped. It is light weight non greasy and does exactly what it says makes your skin younger firmer and radiant.

This does not feel oily on my face unless I put too much on. All moisturizers contain some kind of oils. But maybe you want to know if it lingers? No it doesn't, for me. I do get more oils in my skin in hot humid weather when I only use this cream on my dry areas. Their Confort cream cleanser cleans my face very well any time of the year.Hope this helped!

I believe the product is water-based and seems to be oil free. I have much older skin (over 65) and use a really oily product at night to fight wrinkles. But during the daytime, I like an oil-free feel to my face, as it is dry to normal combination skin. Try it at a Lancome cosmetics counter and speak to the expert cosmetologists. They are great sources of all the right things for your face.I use this product daily, year - round, even in the heat of summer when my face tends toward its oily side.
