I have tried the replacement product at the store and it's gel formula and larger granules don't make my skin feel the same. It also smell awful! I loved the feel and smell of the Pure Focus Exfoliator. I will await your email telling me that you are bringing it back. I would hate to switch brands as I love Lancôme, but I have to find something soon!

I have been waiting and waiting in the hopes that you would bring this back. I agree with everyone else. Nobody can believe you discontinued this. This was perfect and I just found it shortly before you stopped making it. The scent, consistency and impact it had on my combination skin was awesome. What can we do to get you to start making it again?!

This is one of the best products for exfoliation. The other exfoliator that you have does not do the job that this did. I can't believe it is discontinued. I have oily skin and this helped it so much! I always got compliments on my skin when I used this. PLEASE bring it back.

This is the only product I've ever found that works like it does. It helps me maintain my skin so much better than anything else I've tried. I got duped into buying the gel stuff and it's AWFUL - useless!

I am not happy with the replacement which is called "Exfolliance Radiance". This does not compare to the pure focus. The granuals inside are not as consistant, and the gel gooey. It doesnt feel like it does the job like Pure Focus does. Why change something that was already good. And take it off market...Please let me know if you bring Pure focus Exfoliator back

Have you tried going to a local department store and picking it up? I know a lot of local stores such as Macy's. Dillard's, Saks, etc. sell lots of the products that you can find directly on the web. Also, if you go to one of the websites and search for this product, you should be able to search the availability of this product based on your area and the local stores surrounding you.Gender: Female

This is my absolute favorite exfoliant. I've been using it for 15 years and I cant imagine what my skin would be like without it as part of my skin care routine. Nothing compares to this product for oily skin.

Why i ask would you remove a product that does work ? In reading the reviews you must see this is a staple in many regeimes. When a product works, and the people have spoke,and demanded it remain why remove or reformulate ? I adore Lancome, yet my faith in getting a HG forever product is wavering as you seem to remove more,and more instead of adding to a"PROPOSED" catagorie possibly called THE LANCOME CLASSIC LINE- I also propose you bring back colors that do contain oil- YOUR BLUSH is now geared to 16 year old's- We of all ages love Lancome, so please give all ages a selection- A LONG TIME FAN BOYBEAUTY
