Rated 4 out of 5 by Indeed waterproof. But too dry. First of all, It is absolutely waterproof. So you can relax and cry. It won't smudge at all. But it is too dry for me. So it is a little bit hard to put on. Maybe they sent me a bad tube. I never know. And it clumps. So be careful how many layers you put on. 1/3/13
