Rated 5 out of 5 by lip liner I have used carmel forever....but I decided to branch out to cedre. I love it! It mixes with everything.....even better than carmel. I like to mix up stuff, add eyeliner color to lip liner, lip liner on eyes with eye liner....I love this. To me it gives a great eye line color....and for lips it goes with everything from pink to nude! I've always loved how they line, no bleeding....really great formula. 3/24/12

I also like the fact that sometimes I can use it as a lipstick which is perfect for my little party purse! 6/25/11
