This product removes waterproof mascara, which is all I wear. It's very gentle on the eyes and doesn't sting. I like the sample size to take with me when I travel.

Bi-facil is by far the best make-up remover. Besides our everyday make-up removal needs, my daughter also removes her heavy stage make-up with Bi-facil. Works quickly. Removes completely. No burning on sensitive eye area.

Truly the best eye makeup remover i've ever come across. I use it daily with a cotton pad before removing the rest of my makeup. I have sensitive eyes and have never had any problems with this, which is surprising considering just how effective it is. Just make sure you shake the bottle first :)

This is the best eye makeup remover ever. No lingering residue, does not burn, works on even the toughest waterproof mascara. Doesn't leave eye area dry. Even works on lip stains effortlessly. I make sure I never run out.

This is THE best eyeshadow/mascara remover I have ever used, and I am an avid makeup consumer. This product is not oily, it doesn't leave that greasy feeling or unpleasant residue. It doesn't skip a beat! It's quick and painless, my eyelashes aren't being pulled and every morsel of mascara just slides right off onto my cotton ball. I am impressed. If you're worried that it'll irritate your eyes, don't be! This is very gentle, my eyes and skin are sensitive, so this has a stamp of approval for my breakout prone skin. This needs to be in everyone's makeup bag.

I have lash extensions which can not be exposed to any oil.
There are eye makeup removers that do not contain oil but I would prefer to use a Lancome product.

Yes and No. For lash extensions...I personally do not use this remover, even though it's my favorite for over 10 years :(Here are the ingredients...
389982 - Lancome Bi-Facil
Ingredients:
Aqua / Water, Cyclopentasiloxane, Isohexadecane, Sodium Chloride, Poloxamer 184, Hexylene Glycol, Dipotassium Phosphate, Benzyl Alcohol, Potassium Phosphate, Quaternium-15, Benzalkonium Chloride, Parfum/Fragrance, Citronellol, Geraniol.
The Citronellol and Geraniol are both derived from oils...so this product is not virtually oil-free and I would caution against using it with the adhesive used for your lashes.
