I use to use **** make up remover until I found this one. It not only removes my eye makeup easily, but has no negative effects to the eye itself. No blurriness, burning or redness. It's gentle and very effective. I use it exclusively now. So glad I got a sample and tried it. Highly recommended.

I have tried many eye make-up removers only to be disappointed until I tried Bi-Facil. It is not greasy, does not sting and it goes a long way. I will never buy another remover again. Bi-Facil YOU ROCK.

This is one of the best products that I have ever used to remove my eye makeup. I like to where black eye liner and very pigmented and opaque eyeshadows so when I first got this product I thought that it would leave an oil residue from the looks of it, but with a few shakes and a pat over the eye, my eye makeup was completely dissolved. This is the second time that I have purchased this, and I highly recommend this for everyone. Two thumbs up for Lancome!

I've been using this for years, I have very sensitive eyes and have never had any reaction to it. Removes eye make up easily. The only problem I have is the bottle, you have to shake it before use, to mix the 2 layers, and I often find that once you open the top you end up with liquid running down the bottle. I'm originally from the UK and it has a different top to the bottle, which never caused this problem. Maybe it's just me?? Love the product though :)

I use all waterproof eye makeup, so I have to use removers to get it off ... and I have never successfully found an eye makeup remover that didn't burn like crazy, so I always used baby oil - but that doesn't get it all off. This product gets everything off, every time without burning my eyes!

I have the Vi-Facial in my shopping bad along wit an Absolue Lipstick and would like to know if : not only do I get free shipping but I believer there is a free gift (pink shade of lipstick and rouge) to be sent along with my order.
