I have used Lancome La Tweezer Precise for nearly 15 years. The tweezers are very precise and pull out only the hairs you target with them. Love them!

Have tried many different ones, have been using this one for the past few years. It is the best. Cannot always get it at the counter so I am getting another on line. Lancome, Please do not stop selling this. Would be lost without it. Gets out the tinest hair. Good grip excellent tip. This is a must buy.

I have a pair of tweezers that I purchases about 7 years ago and if I remember correctly they had a lifetime guarantee. Is this correct? Please advise.

Dear Jsue,Thank you for your question, it is a good one. Lancome La Tweezer Precise does not have a lifetime guarantee. However, I buy a pair every 8-10 years. It also saves so much on waxing and buying a pair of substandard tweezers every year as I used to. I hope I have been helpful!

I don't know for sure but it would be worth the trip to the beauty counter in Macy's or another favorite store to find out. I have had great customer service from Lancome. They stand behind everything they sell, at least that has been my experience.Gender: Female
