The fragrance (NOT A SMELL) of this perfume is so awesome. I have received compliment after compliment and I am continually asked 'what are you wearing, it is so pretty'. I can not ever imagine changing perfumes.

I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS FRAGRANCE!!! It speaks "beautiful woman". My husband loves it. I had been wearing the same fragrance for years and I was hesitant about pruchasing this one. I have definitely found my new fragrance! If you have not tried it, you should treat yourself. But beware...your loyalty to your old fragrance is about to change ;)

This fragrance screams beauty!! My hubby bought me this and smelled it one day just walking through the mall and he knew then that he wanted this for me. The lotion is wonderful as well!!

I am so glad that I received a sample of this from you. My husband and myself just loved the fragrance and he bought me the largest bottle. I wish that you had a dusting powder in this fragrance. Living in Florida I like to wear powder because of the heat.

I was happy to receive a sample of this with my last purchase here on line & I used it on 1 occasion only (2 light sprays). Now I myself found it to be extremely strong, HEAVY, & very over powering but I thought it would wear off a bit (as most do) but it didn't. I will be honest & say my husband, kids, & a friend of mine all asked "if I was using a new household cleaner or had a strong candle lit" & I said "no" it was a free sample of a fragrance I had gotten & tried. They all kindly asked me not to wear it around them again & I said "no problem, my husband already threw it out..he said it smelt like a nursing home or perhaps embalming fluid to him" & everyone else agreed. Pretty much enough said because I felt the same way. Not trying to knock any other products/fragrances by Lancome just stating my honest opinion & others around me. Thanks..

Samples are not for purchase. Often, if you make a Lancôme purchase, the representative will give you a sample. Feel free to ask. There are testers at all Lancôme counters. All it takes is one spray to see if a fragrance wears well on you.8 months ago

If you visit your local Lancome cosmetic counter they have samples that are complimentary. Also, they will have tester bottles there for you to enjoy of the fragrance and the body lotion. What's neat is the sample is actually a tiny spray bottle! That was my first experience with this fragrance. I don't believe they have any samples online that are for sale, perhaps they'd have a sample if you made a purchase of another product, I'm not sure. I just went to the Lancome counter at my local mall & asked if they had any samples of this new & latest perfume. I need to try it on my skin a few times to see how the scent smells on me. They had no samples, but the sales rep at the counter made me one by pouring some into a tiny bottle for me to take home & try. So just ask if they will do that for you.Gender: Female

My close friend purchased this awesome fragrance from Lancome site, on some products offered there may be samples enclosed with your purchase. I would email customer service and ask directly if a sample is available prior to purchase. I would use Genufique serum personally, I love the way it makes your skin softer, and also it is "youth activating" which means your skin will look younger. I would also reccomend, if your looking for a cream, the High Résolution Refill-3X,Triple Action Renewal Anti-Wrinkle. This cream works great for wrinkles and helps reduce the depth. My self I use both products to make a SUPER SERUM, but I did start out with Visionaire because I was having a lot of uneven skin tone and enlarged pores. I noticed with the first application that my skin had better tone and felt so smooth. I'm 50 yrs old and have good skin because I believe in taking care of it. Visionnaire will mainly target your skin's texture. It will go deep within the skin to smooth fine lines, shrink pores and improve the overall texture of the skin.Genifique will restore radiance. It works to reactivate youth proteins in the skin to bring back a youthful, rested glow. You will also notice increased softness to the skin.
Because they are both serums, you still need a moisturizer on top.
If wrinkles are your main concern, I would go with Visionnaire. Use it after washing your face, both day and night if you chose (can be once a day, too), then top with your regular moisturizer.
If you are in need of a moisturizer, I would try either Absolue or Nutrix Royal. Both very rich creams that can be calming to the skin.

Genifique offers you visibly younger looking skin in 7 days, leaving your skin looking as if lit from within, smoother, softer, and velvety.Visionnaire offers you the correction of wrinkles, enlarged pores, and uneven texture to the skin.
After cleaning and toning, apply a small amount of genifique to the face, follow with a small amount of visionnaire, and follow with the recommended moisturizer. I would probable recommend Absolue Precious Cells as a day/night cream.

I'm 54 and if I were you; I'd go with the Visionaire. I have a few relatively deep wrinkles in the forehead and the laugh line. The Visionaire helps to make the skin appear less visible to them and it's great for making the pores smaller, plus the smell is really very lovely. Hope it works for you....Gender: Female

Well goodolmary, they do different things, the genifique will make the skin soft and smooth and look lit from within and the visionnaire will help with the wrinkles, pores and texture. Above this section of ingredients there's a massive list of things I'm not certain of, in several different languages. The print is tiny, plus the box is somewhat glittery and that makes it difficult to ascertain what the list is, or what it means. I'd suggest you visit either A: your dermatologist and discuss this product B: your local Lancome cosmetic counter and discuss this product or C: all of the above and make the decision that's right for you.

It's made from only 67 ingredients. Which sounds like a lot, but most fragrances have thousands! La Vie Est Belle is made from Iris, small amounts of Orange Blossom, Patchouli, and a gourmand (which is anything you can eat IE: vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg) Hope this helps! I have been approached by several people regarding your new fragrance, La Vie Est Belle. All were to compliment me on the scent. However, several stated they believed La Vie Est Belle not to be a new fragrance, but rather something you marketed over a decade ago and re-marketed this past holiday season. It was launched in August of 2012 and is the best selling fragrance for Lancome since Tresor was launched. It is, I assure you, a brand new fragrance. The top note is Iris, the middle note is Patchoulie and the bottom note is a gourmand blend of spun sugar and caramel, roasted pecans and vanilla.... The fragrance is a kind of outlook on life, inspired by joy and pleasure in small things.This gourmand yet elegant composition is developed by perfumers Olivier Polge, Dominique Ropion and Anne Flipo. The final formula is the result achieved after three years of probation and 5000 versions. Iris is the key ingredient of the perfume, surrounded by orange blossoms and jasmine in the heart. The composition’s opening provides fruity flavors of black currant and pear, while the base is warm, gourmand and powdery due to almond-like accords of tonka bean, praline, patchouli and vanilla.
The flacon is a redesigned version of the classic Lancome bottle from 1949.
