I am a faithful Lancome user and have tried all their products for puffiness. This one works the best of any I have tried with immediate results and lasting throughout the day. The overall appearance of the skin around my eyes has improved. It feels cool and refreshing applying it. It is a little pricey but then again you get what you pay for and the results are well worth it. Just the sample I received has lasted me a long time. I am very happy with this product!

I found this product to be a big waste of money. I'm a faithful user of Lancome and have always had great results, but this was terrible. Sorry, Lancome, you came up with a flop with this one.

I use it in the day to hide my dark circles and brighten my eyes, and it does this so well! It is OK to use at night, but I prefer to use the nightime firming eye cream at bedtime, as it works overnight to firm and tighten your eyes.Gender: Female

my take on under eye area bag's, are a shot in the dark sight unseen. Your undereye area may not be as drastic as you are seeing. I hate giving my opinion on this without more history on your daily routine.Consider your water intake, sleep pattern, and diet. I truly love the product and feel a great difference, yet being blessed to not having undereye bag's due to my faithful use of Lancome for years i say yes it sure cant hurt. I always overlook negative reviews and live thinking the product was created JUST FOR ME ! I would like to know if this helps under eye wrinkles and crows feet? I had an Lancome person do my face makeup and he used this under the makeup that i had bought and it really made my eyes look better but i do not have dark circles or puffy under eyes but it did look great but i want something that will work with wrinkles and crows feet also.

I suggest this, and then my must have product is Aqua Vital everyday.Aqua Vital is amazing used in the Am- and pm- But it works so well under makeup. I recently purchased the Genifique Eye Light-Pearl for myself. I think that this is supposed to help with some wrinkles, but I also think it is to make the eye area look more luminous. If I needed a wrinkle cream it would not be this product. I would purchase an eye cream that is for wrinkles around the eye area. When putting this product under my eyes, the applicator moves around and it is hard to target the product. It also seems to waste a lot of product by putting too much on the applicator. That, coupled with an inability to control the applicators, makes for significant waste.

The applicator is supposed to rotate, allowing you to maneuver it into the tight corners of the eye. It does seem to pick up alot of serum, but it you swirl the applicator around the opening of the bottle you should get just enough for both eyes.Gender: Female

Yes the applicator does move around. I was shown by the in store Lancome consultant that when pulling out the applicator, to run the edges of the applicator wand and silver ball along the edge of the bottle. This helps to better control the amount of product on the tip and wand in order to reduce waste. Also I have found that when the applicator is on its side pressed against the under eye area I have much better control applying how the instructions state to do so.Gender: Female

I have very very dry skin and i went to the Lancome counter and they put this on before makeup and my face looked better than it has ever looked even when i was younger. I am 46 years old and i was wondering should i use this at night after cleansing before bed or use an eye cream for wrinkles instead. Actually i am more concerened about wrinkles than anything else.
