Rated 5 out of 5 by Great color! :) I just got this in the mail today and I love it. It's cool because it came with a little book that had instructions. Also the mirror on this thing is huge! Definitely like that feature. I bought Nectar Lace, the blush is a peachy color with a little sparkle. Though the shimmer is not overwhelming. I've seen this on fair and medium skin, it looks great on both. I'm really happy with this purchase! Maybe I'll buy the double sided Lancome brush too! 10/4/12

Trixy, I strongly suggest stopping by a counter and trying colors before purchasing. 385 (Plum Elegance) and 126 (Nectar Lace) may suit your complexion. Bronzers also make for a good blush.

I am happy to answer this question, as I just moved here from Georgia! Miss it very much. Anway, the best color for your skin tone & hair color would be anything in the pink color range. Pink is a great color choice, especially if you have blue eyes. Being the fact that you are fair skinned, I would first try the lighter colored pinks. You can later experiment with the darker pinks. Mauves & plums would, also, be a good choice.

Always happy to help a NJ girl, as I am originally from NJ. The Mauve Coquette is in the peachy-brown color range. The closest colors to this are the Cedar Rose, Miel Glace & Shimmer Mocha Havana. On the Lancome website, the Mocha Havana appears more like a mauve or plum, but it is not. I use this color (as well as the Cedar rose & Miel Glace) & it is in the peachy-brown category. It is a lovely shade and, as all of Lancome's blushes, it goes on smoothly & evenly.

If you like Blush Subtil in Mauve Coquette, I would try the Blush Subtil Palette in either Peche Savvy, or Nectar Lace. Both of these palettes stay within the warm color range, just like Mauve Coquette.

For your gorgeous fair complexion and hazel eyes, I would recommend either Peche Savvy or Nectar Lace Blush Subtil Palettes. These coral-peach shades give a healthy glow to the skin while still looking incredibly natural. First apply the middle coral shade to the inner apples of the cheeks using a pressing motion. Then apply the tan shade lightly below the cheekbone. A light dusting of the lightest highlighter shade on the very top of the cheekbone and up under the eyebrow, and blend everything thoroughly. Also feel free to dust a small amount of the tan shade on the tops of your ears, under the jawbone and just slightly up on the temples. Don't use too much! Always use a clean brush to blend everything afterwards.
The dual-ended Cheek & Contour brush #25 is perfect for this pallette!! Use the small end of the brush to apply the contouring light and dark shades, and use the fluffy end of the brush for the apples of your cheeks and to blend.

If you are a red head or strawberry blond, I reccomend a gold or bronze.
