When to Replace
For the ultimate in lash results, remember to replace the silicone pad every 3 months. Regularly clean the silicone rubber pad with a clean, dry tissue, and replace it with the accompanying refill pad once the initial silicone pad is worn down.

Once you’ve used the accompanying refill pad, make sure to replace the curler with a new one. This is important to ensure maximum precision and to avoid any damage to the eyes or lashes.

STEP 1 Use the eyelash curler before applying mascara primer or primer to prevent damage to the lashes. Open the eyelash curler by spreading the handles of the curler.

STEP 2 Carefully position curler along the base of upper lash line. Gently rest lashes between curler and the silicone pad.

STEP 3 Gently apply pressure to the lashes and hold in place for 3-5 seconds, being careful not to tug skin. Avoid adding excessive pressure as this may cause damage to lashes.

STEP 4 Repeat process up to 3 times, curling lashes upward and outward starting from the base and working toward the ends of lashes. For more curl, repeat these steps until desired curl is achieved.

I wasn't sure what was causing it but since this was the only new thing in my beauty routine, I stopped using it for 3 weeks to see if it was the cause. My eyelashes were regrowing and I started using it again for 3 days -- uh oh! Again, I'm seeing more than usual lashes on my mascara wand and bare spots started to appear along my lash line. I watched the video for the 3rd time - yes, I am using it correctly. I'll go back to using the drug store curlers that I've been using with no problems for the past 45 years. 9/12/12

If your mascara is prone to smudging your under-eye area or if your lashes are long and brush against the lenses of your eyeglasses, it may be helpful to you to try this eyelash curler. I find that it works very well and makes my eyes look wider and brighter. I just wish that Lancome would sell replacement pads for it. 6/23/12

Rated 5 out of 5 Amazing! First off I am not an eyelash curler lover way to many bad ones in my life. This one though is AMAZING grabbed every eyelash even the tiniest and never clipped the skin or broke a lash. The curl lasts all day long as well and who does not want that. 5/26/12
