I purchased this item, pulled out the plastic tab, and the oscillation did not work. This item with tax was over $41. I will never buy another one again!

Great moiturising feeling. Boosts the lashes to great lenght and volume. I received it as a gift from my husband 4 years ago and I've been using it since every time under mascare. It feels like double mascara with the blackone on top. Amazing effect.

It does what it promises but it's really expensive for what it is. Bottom line, if price is not an issue for you, this is a great product.

I love this product! My lashes are SOOOOO much longer, thicker, and healthier as well. AND they don't fall out as much! I also love the vibrating applicator- I have really short, straight lashes, so the vibration lifts and fans out my lashes so you can see them! I don't even have to use an eyelash curler anymore.

Can someone who knows, and has used both, tell me if the two products are the same, other than one having the Oscillating Mechanism? How do the products differ, other than the oscillating mechanism? How do they compare? Are lashes even longer with this mechanism than when Cils, without it? Appreciate you giving me all information you have on the two product sameness and differences. Thank you!
