This is the second Lancôme cleanser I've purchased in six months. The first one, Crème Radiance, cream-to-foam, was great! I wanted to try something different so I purchased this cleanser for my oily, occasional acne prone skin. It works really good, but it didn't remove eye makeup completely. And I have the Bi-Facial, but don't always want to use both.

This product smells great, feels great on your skin, and makes my face feel very soft and smooth right after use. The only thing I dislike about it is the fact that it doesn't do a great job removing makeup. It's a very mild cleanser, and I still have makeup residue on my face after using the product. In all other ways, this is a winner and makes your skin feel nice and soft.

I've had this cleanser about a week now and I'm very happy with the results so far. I have classic combination skin, with oily T-Zone and dry cheeks that need special care during the winter months. It works so well that I wish there was a body wash that I could use for the rest of me! My entire face feels soft and dewy fresh all day, a feeling that I never really thought was possible. My pores look smaller, skin tone is more even, and definitely less redness on my cheeks. As another reviewer mentioned, don't let the oil scare you! It works beautifully!

Got a sample, and took it on a trip several weeks later. Should have started using it the first day!!!! For years I've felt that non- gritty cleansers left makeup in my pores-yuck! This stuff is the only thing I've used in forever that really gets my skin clean. And leaves it in good condition. Worth the price.

This is a fantastic cleanser for whenever your skin needs a little "TLC" (tender loving care). The texture is luxurious; the product instantly "melts" into your skin, gently dissolving makeup and environmental grime without stripping your skin's natural oils.
I normally use Lancome's Creme Radiance clarifying cream-to-foam cleanser (especially in summer), but in the wintertime (or when I travel to arid climates) I prefer Creme Douceur because it is so soothing.
