Goes on easy and stays on. You just have to be careful because wherever you put it on....it stays. I have even fallen asleep with eye shadow on and woke up the next morning and it still looked great. 11/4/12

It is a great shadow and comes in a wonderful variety of colors, but this shadow is even better. It lasts all day and if you are looking for a superior base for your shadow, this is it. I use the Continuous Cream for a base which I now prefer over the Aquatique base. I read the other reviews and I plan to purchase the Timeless Taupe and the Extreme Expresso to use as an eyeliner which one reviewer suggested. The Timeless Taupe especially looks like it would be a good shade for a woman of a certain age who doesn't want to appear harsh. 3/15/13

Rated 5 out of 5 by LOVE LOVE LOVE this shadow! All my shadow is Lancome but this is by FAR the best eyeshadow product I have ever used, from any counter, any line. The colors are beautiful and last all day long without smudging or wearing down. I have since bought three more since I loved the first one so much. I plan to buy more as well, I hope they continue to come out with more colors in the purple and pink families. I will buy every one of them! 12/11/12

I have been using Lancôme's 24 foundation, etc but have had to carry my eye shadow with me to keep reapplying it throughout the day until Lancôme can out with these. I now have about 7 different colors & each color can go on in various shades so I have so many ways to mix & match these colors! It is usually hard to keep eyeshadow on but this kind works great & stays right there all day into the evening. I can't wait for more colors to come out! 11/23/12

I've applied it using both. If I'm using a powder brush, I use dabbing motions over an eye primer like Aquatique. If I'm looking for something more intense, I use a cream applicator that has been dampened, then pick up the shadow and apply with more of a sweeping motion. You can do A LOT with this product, and the more you play with it, the easier it will get. I always practice application techniques on the back of my hand first so I can figure out how much fallout or clumping to expect when applying to my eyelids, then refine my methods as needed.

Both should works, but cream brush works better (holds the powder better). I sometimes use fingers when I apply all over my eye lid.

Just about any good shadow brush should work with this. I used one I already had and it worked fine. Lancome does sell a dual-ended shadow brush that is displayed with this at the Lancome counter. I believe it's #18 (Click on brushes to view).

My first choice would be Metallic Deep Purple. Blended-in on the brow bone and used as a liner for upper and lower lashes.

Any of the pink to purples should work. Blue Teal would also look great too, especially if you have blue eyes.

I've been using teals, blues, and blacks with the Enduring Vert. I've used a few different methods for application. My favorite technique right now is applying Lancome gel liner in Downtown Blue or Dress Up Teal at my lash line, then, using a separate liner brush to pick up the Vert color, dab over the top of the gel liner toward the inner part of the eye, fading out at the middle. This creates a fun, flirty, ombre look in just two steps. The other technique is a wet application. I prime my eyelids, then pick up the Vert color with a damp shadow brush and dab it over my upper eyelids, not going up any higher than the crease. I then use a dry shadow in a matte dark blue or matte black and apply that to the crease and outer corner of the eye, then blend, blend, blend! Using matte shadows with the Enduring Vert places more emphasis on this super unique color. I've also used pale golds with this color for a more subtle, pastel look.
I've never found another color quite as versatile as this one and suggest you not limit yourself. I've been experimenting with blending it with dark purples and browns and have yet to find a combination I don't love. You can get a million unique and enviable looks with this color!

I also have blue eyes and I like to use a brown or a plum color for my smokey look. I use timeless taupe in the color design infinite eye shadow and zip me up in the regular color design eye shadow . You could also try some lt grey shades. It is really up to what you prefer since you will be the one wearing it and how dark of a shadow you should choose.
