I was using Teint Idole Ultra 24H until I started to notice in pictures I was completely whited out. When I purchased it the woman at the counter suggested this foundation since it works well with photos, which it doesn't. I was still whited out. The first time I tried it I thought it was, okay. After using it for a week I broke out terribly and my face appeared oily. EXTREMELY oily. I've tried using power to make it look less oily, didn't work. Also, It doesn't cover my acne as well as Teint Idole Ultra 24H. The worst of it all, it transfers! It's all over my clothes and other people clothes when I hug them. Truly terrible product! Will never be using a Lancome foundation again. 1/29/13

Rated 4 out of 5 by Moore An Ok Foundation I had really high hopes for this foundation considering the price I paid for it, and since I had only used drug store liquid foundation for years. When I put it on I was kind of disappointed. It didn't have a ton of coverage and I still felt like I needed to wear my bare minerals over it. But after a long day I realized that the makeup did stay in place and did not fade, and my skin looked really good. I have warmed up to it and will probably even buy it again. I have a really uneven skin tone with red undertones and the buff 2W worked well for me. 12/29/12

Its just enough to keep your look natural. Its light and very luminating. I may re-touch it with a light powder in the afternoon and sometimes I don't at all. It stays in place and doesn't leave a greasy feeling at all. It smoothes out any lines and touches up your face nicely. I have dry skin and this make-up is very moisturizing which is important to me! 10/16/12

Rated 2 out of 5 by lcmclean Not my favorite Lancome product I'm a fan of Lancome; in fact, I usually purchase the Teint Idole every year for the cold weather months and the Teint Idole Fresh Wear for warm weather months. Last year, I decided to switch it up and try this foundation instead. I was not impressed at all. The shade I chose was fine and the texture was okay but it had the opposite effect of what I expected: it made my complexion really dull. I should have returned it to exchange for the Teint Idole but because I was never unhappy with any of their other products, I didn't realize I could do this. In any case, I'm going back to Teint Idole for this fall/winter. 9/24/12

I'm age 51 and this works well for me for a light natural coverage. Any light lines disappear. This make-up is very moisturizing. I have dry skin and it gets even drier up here in Northern Minnesota, but it doesn't feel dry during the day after I use a light moisturizer underneath this make-up. I rarely add more make-up during the day. I may touch it up with a powder later on in late afternoon but the coverage stays from early morning. I hope this answers your question. You only have everything to gain trying this make-up.

Bisque 1 or Bisue 4

I wear 330 n bisque in Teint Idole Ultra and should I get Bisque 1 or Bisque 4 in this Photogenic Luessence, can't tell? Does anyone wear these?

Honestly, it really depends on how well the product works with your complexion. My advise for you, its go to your local Lancome and ask for a dram of each. Play around with both until you find your perfect match. please keep in mind that the goal of the perfect foundation is to completely match. No line on your jaw, no faking having a darker skin tone than what you really have.

Btw, good choice on the photo. This foundation is great for giving you a flawless luminescent complexion.
