After using Pure Focus line for many years and the Control products before that it is very disappointing that Lancôme has discontinued this line. No other Lancôme product has the effectiveness that Pure Focus did. They do not make an oil control cleanser or toner that suits my needs.

I've been using this product for years. I love it! It keeps my pores small, skin clear and any acne away. This is literally the ONLY product that does these things for me. I have been out for quite awhile and trying other things....what a waste of money! Really hoping I receive an email soon that this product is available.
Just a thought - sometimes it's bad marketing to get rid of a good product. Sure if you replace it with something else (I haven't seen anything else that replaces Gel Pure Focus) people will probably buy it, largely because they can't get what they want anymore and don't know where else to get what will work. However, you can be sure they will be looking for a replacement and quite possible end up buying all their other products from wherever they do find a replacement.
I love Lancome products but I'm tired of having all my favorite lip sticks, blushes, liquid moisturizer/tints, etc. be replaced by something "newer and better".

I went shopping in Macys a few years back and one of the sales women there recommended the Gel Pure Focus for my oily skin since I had used the makeup and was complaining how I felt a bit oily at times. I was in love with this product ever since. I can't believe Lancome actually discontinued it. I ran around to all the stores and was able to purchase 5 bottles. I just ran out. PLEASE,PLESE, PLEASE bring it back. I tried your replacement and honestly it is horrible. I don't want to move onto another product line. I have been a faithful customer for years. I read the other reviews as well, please take us all into consideration. Our faces are begging you!

I cannot believe that this has been continued, so sad. This is a great product for my oily skin but yet doesn't leave it stripped of the natural oils needed for beautiful skin. Please bring it back.

Lancome does carry a product called La Base Pro, which is an oil free primer to be used before makeup. It will give a smoothed texture to the skin, which allows makeup to go on more flawlessly and last longer. It also creates a barrier between the skin and makeup, so any oil that escapes through will be caught by La Base, and won't make your makeup slide around. La Base Pro has a texture almost exact to Pure Focus T-Zone Powder Gel, and will help to keep makeup pooling up in your pores as well. It's a perfect substitute.Gender: Female

The Pure Focus Gel cleanser is still available on the Lancome website. In leu of the Pure Focus Toner, I would suggest Tonique Radiance. It is an exfoliating toner and will also keep any oiliness under control. Gel Radiance or Exfoliance Radiance are also two great cleansers that will be the best comparison to the Pure Focus line and should keep you from breaking out.Gender: Female
