My incredibly dry skin feels almost completely better after only 2 uses. It also gives new meaning to the term squeaky clean. When I rinse this off my face, I hear squeaking. I cannot remember the last time I heard that with any other face cleanser. Now, I feel that in addition to dry skin, my skin was never truly clean before I started using this. I also had an allergic reaction to a different product, and I think this is helping my face get back to normal.

i love this cleanser. i have dry skin and this works amazing. it doesn't really take makeup off, but i don't use it for that, i prefer taking makeup off with a bi-facil and then clean my face with this cleanser.
it smells so nice, texture is very soft and nice. it cleans well and my skin doesn't feel too dry or tight. totally recommend it.

Over the past two months I have invested in many Lancome products. Now that I have been using them for several months I feel I can accurately review and share my results. This is by far the most economical product I own from the Lancome line. A small drop of this cleanser cleans your whole face and does it really well. My skin was VERY DRY prior to using Lancome products and IS NOT anymore. This is a moisturizing cleanser that does an excellent job cleaning as well as keeping it moisturized and supple. Prior to using this after I was my face it felt tight and dry. This cleanser is the only cleanser I have ever used that doesnt do that. I'm 47 years old and have tried TONS of products over the years. This is by far the best cleanser and the most economical product in the Lancome line. A small drop goes a long well. This is well worth the cost.

This is a face wash, so you want to rinse it off. Wet your face. Rub this in and rinse it off. Your skin will literally be squeaky clean once you rinse it off. Since it is so cleansing, I would not suggest using any additional face cleanser other than makeup remover or toner. Save an exfoliating treatment for a wash when you are not using this. You can use this before a mask to ensure your face is really clean though.Gender: Female

This product needs water to work. It's not a tissue-off type product. So you'll wet your face, and apply the product, then rinse thoroughly. After washing, I follow up with my toner, serums and moisturizer. I hope this helps.Gender: Female

I have very oily eyelids and need something to remove all the oil to prevent eye infections which I have had from clogged eyelid pores. Can I use this, or will it cause problems?

Although my eyelids are not oily, this cleanser leaves my combination skin squeaky clean. I do not think it would hurt to give it a try, since you have a sample handy. It leaves my dry skin moisturized, and my oily skin does appear to be less oily (probably because it cleans so deeply).Gender: Female

I wouldn't think this is the best cleanser for oily skin, but my daughter uses Creme Radiance Clarifying Cream-To-Foam Cleanser for her oily skin and has good results. Any cleanser used near the eyes needs to be used with caution. If you are proned to eye infections, you may want to check with your doctor for recomendations.Gender: Female

as a Lancome fan for years I tend toward the old saying fight fire with fire, oil with oil, basicly what i feel is a cleanser should be nothing more than just that. You should have joy in cleansing sure and it should be an effective and, joy as well to your senses, but i think you need to start be how you begain your daily routine in the eye area after cleansing. My take on this ....TRY THE LANCOME DUAL FINISH POWDER as a eyelid base, gently apply with a patting sweep across the eyelid and thus being such a great multi in this foundation you may see the oil is at bay- As for treating infections that you describe you need to truly leave this concerne with your optimot or M.d. I know the dissapointments cost but if you possibly try to use Dual finish and then the CLEANSING "WATER" I bet you find your eye's will shimmer with JOY---All the best and keep me informedGender: Male
