I'm a teenager and i have dark circles. They are not very dark but i still need a little help. On the days i don't get a lot of sleep i love to put this on my under eye area and in the inner corner. It brightens the area up and helps you look awake. If you have oily skin I would not put this on your entire face it with make you look very shiny.

I had not used a Primer with my foundation or as an eye base for years but the last Primer I used, was an eye base, made by Lancome, and I loved it. I wanted to try an illuminator, or a booster (as a foundation primer) to give my final look, a subtle luster or shine, without looking SHINNY. This complexion illuminator did nothing for my complexion, and made my face look shinny, and if I were wearing a glitter base or finish, and ready for the Disco. I tried mixing it with my foundation, as well as, with my base moisturizer. Same disappointing results, shinny glow, and glitter essence.
I am sticking to some of Lancome's great moisturizers, like Primordiale, or High Resolution for a base before adding my foundation. I'll pass on this illuminator.

This product is surprisingly versatile. I have used it alone over my moisturizer and it gives me a healthy glow. When mixed with my foundation, my skin appears flawless...even in pictures. I also use it as a highlighter on my cheekbones for a little extra shimmer at night. No matter how I use it, my skin looks luminous. My only warning is not to use too much! A very tiny bit goes a very long way. You only need about two drops. Beautiful product. I am happily surprised.
