I absolutely love this mascara. If I recall it is the only Lancome mascara with a sheen. While others are black matte, this one offers a smooth and shiny finish. I find it best paired with the Cils Booster but have no running, smudging, or other problems. I have very sensitive eyes and it is not irritating like many mascaras I've used in the past. To remove, I use warm water to break it down and then add my face wash. As far as price it is not cheap but what high end brand makeup line is? I do think it should be tossed no later then 3 months but that is always suggested with mascara. The Cils Booster is the ideal foundation and something I always use.

This was my second Lancome mascara purchase, after buying the definicils a few months prior. With the definicils I felt like I could just quickly put on a few coats and it went on well and had a great effect, but with this one I feel like I have to take the time to really tease the lashes and put on several coats to get a good effect. It does do a good job curling and separating the lashes, but at the end of the day it was always flaky and my lashes just didn't feel good.
And it is HORRBILE to remove. Regular makeup remover never seems to get it off, and I always feel like I have some leftover, tugging at my lashes and irritating my eyes. To my knowledge it isn't water proof, but it feels worse than any other waterproof mascaras I've ever used.
And the tube doesn't last nearly as long as the definicils. After a few weeks or a month, I was going back to my old tube of definicils because it still had more life in it.
I love Lancome mascara, just definitely not this one.

This is my everyday mascara. It does not smear, is easy to use, does not cake up, and really perks up my lashes with one swoop. It's also easy for me to remove with my regular facial cleanser and water! I've bought this multiple times and will continue to do so.

I really like the Virtuose mascara, so I thought this one would be as good, but I was wrong. Maybe I just got a bad tube, but I found the formula to be quite flakey and it's pretty hard to remove. It comes off in flakes (even when using the wonderful Bi-Facil). I will stick with the regular Virtuose formula. It does make my lashes look okay. No major clumping to report, but the flaking is awful.

i really like this mascara is the best I've purchase, i havent got many, but my lashes do not fall or get dry, and they look really long and my natural length is like normal, i would definitly buy it again!
