Rated 3 out of 5 by its ok I have really dark circles and have a hard time keeping the conceler that i use on all day. I was hoping this would be different since it is waterproof. i hoped it would have a little staying power but it doesnt. When i cake it on it doesnt blend well with my skin, not bad but i dont think i'll purchase again. 2/8/12
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not effective Recently I bought this concealer as it was recommended by the store associate but I did not get effect which I expected from this concealer.It is nothing special,not worth the price at all.If it was possible I would have returned the product but I could not. 1/30/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by it worked perfect I have bad dark eye circles, I have a kid and that means lack of sleep. anyway I got a sample with the purchase a while ago and when my regular concealer ran out I gave it a try. OMG! it is so wonderful! covered all the blue hue and took at least 5 years off me. my face looked instantly refreshed without the tired-mommy look. Definitely buying a new one when my sample runs out 1/11/12
Rated 1 out of 5 by Change is not always good I went to purchse the PHOTOGENIC concealer and it was not longer available. The salesperson sold me the EFFACERNES in its place. I do not like the new product. It is much harder to apply evenly and the color, although the same name, is slightly lighter. I much refer the cream rather than this liquid. I wish you would bring back the PHOTOGENIC concealer. 12/30/11

I'm not sure why I had never tried this one before, but whatever persuaded me to buy this...I'm SO thankful! I have terrible darkness and puffiness under the eyes. This is so light in texture, yet covers beautifully. A tiny amount is all that is needed for all day wear. Like so many other "budge-proof" formulas I've tried, it does not cause that dry crepey appearance under the eyes. This is all I will ever use from now on. If you are searching for a great concealer, this one is truly the best. 12/25/11
