Rated 5 out of 5 by Effacernes, an Essential Effacernes is one of those products which after just one use you realize this is a must-have for your beauty bag. It does everything Lancome says it will. I have very sensitive eyes so I'm very cautious and careful about what I use near my eyes. I've never had any trouble of any kind w/ this product, and it performs superbly as an undereye concealer. I use it between my brow and lid as well to serve as an eye-shadow base. Effercenes is one of my permanent "essentials". Thank you, Lancome, for such an excellent and reliable product! 12/13/12
Rated 1 out of 5 by Gave me painful rash under my eyes It looks great when you put it , covers so well. But in my case, every time I used it I noticed the next day I am getting bags under my eyes ( which I never had before), and a dark itchy painful circle under both eyes, then I stop and it takes five days to heal , my eyes looked so miserable for those days. I gave it a try four time and I kept getting the same results in the past few weeks. 9/27/12

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great for undereye area! I inherited deep, drastic, tragic under eye circles. I have four sisters, and we spend an inordinate amount of time comparing products -and complaining about most. We want to maintain a vibrant youthful look as long as possible, and this product is fantastic. I think that I look more youthful now than I did ten years ago simply because of the Effacernes. It blends very naturally and I get none of the cakey or flaking appearance that I get with other concealers. The purple bruised areas were finally fully concealed with just a small amount of product. It layers well in areas where I need the most coverage, but a tube lasts forever. I use it daily under my eyebrows, at the outer corners of my eyes, on my eyelids as a base, under my lip stick, and of course- for those undereye circles! I am a cynical person about product claims, but this one is worth the hype. It's the best concealer I have found, and I have tried them ALL. If I missed one along the way it's only because a sister already warned me away from it. Now the four of them have become fans as well. Really a quality product that functions well. 9/6/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Exactly what I have been searching for! I have dark undereye circles...Allergies, low iron ....DARK undereye circles. I have been searching for years for an under eye concealer to cover and not cake. Before I would have to use a layer of concealer set with powder, followed by another layer of concealer set with powder. It would make my undereye look dry & cakey but that was better than my circles shoing & people saying "You look tired today" or "you don'tlook like you feel good today". Finally a concealer that can take on my dark circles. I just dab with my ring finger until blended then set with a tiny bit of bare minerals powder for undereyes. Of yeah & it's waterproof! Beware when you workout, all the rest of your makeup will sweat off but your undereyes... 8/23/12
