Oil-free makeup removers tend to irritate my sensitive skin, so I prefer oil-based cleansers, I prefer Huile Douceur to Creme Douceur, but Creme Douceur is a good substitute for travel since unlike oil it does not leak. Both products are gentle yet effective in removing waterproof makeup, including mascara and silicone primers.

First used this product in the shower and it just didn't perform. Then I read the instructions...light bulb! Now I use it at night to remove my make up before I go to bed. It works so easy... take everything off even mascara no mess very little water needed and I have super clean fresh skin and no drying effect. Really really like this cleanser!

No foaming, no stinging and easy on perfume, great news for sensitive skin -- my reason for purchase. If your skin needs change seasonally or monthly, this is for you.
You really have to be able to afford it though.

I didn't like this product at all. I received a sample of it and gave it a try, but it was too thick for my taste and tough to apply. It's kind of like a cream/gel and I never really felt that it turned to oil. You rub it on your face and then add some warm water to emulsify, but I never felt like it did this. I also never really got to see any results because my skin had a reaction to this product. I had to stop using it.
