I was delighted to received the new product in the mail....until I opened it and the fragrance overwhelmed me. I am trying it anyway, hoping the fragrance is fugitive. I would recommend this product (if it works for me) with the caveat that the perfume is overwhelming. I am puzzled how Lancome satisfies or hopes to satisfy a broad range of customers with products that contain heavy perfume. Since most people are sensitive or allergic to fragrances, I wonder why Lancome continues to use so much of it in their products.

I received a free full-sized bottle of this as a sample from Lancome, and have been using it for about two weeks now. At first I was skeptical. I didn't see results as quickly as I did when I began using Genifique (within a few days), but around the second week, I began noticing that the pores in my skin appeared smaller; it looked smoother, and I'm not sure how to describe it, but it just appeared brighter looking overall. The tone is definitely more even. I'm 34, and one of the most noticeable changes has been a lightening in the acne scars I've had since childhood. I've also noticed a lightening of the brown spot on the side of my face. Bottom line: It works, and it's worth it! Stick with it and see the changes yourself.

Like another reviewer, I also received a full size bottle of Lancome's new Visionnaire serum as a gift. I was delighted to receive it, but I really didn't want to like it because it is so expensive -- I didn't want to get hooked on it. ;-)
I'm a freckled (natural) redhead and all my life I have hated the prominent freckles on my hands and face. Since I have been using this product the appearance of those freckles has faded significantly. What's more, the texture of my skin looks more refined and yes, more youthful.
I've got to admit that this product really works!
I only wish it was available in a travel-size bottle or smaller (BPA-free) plastic bottle with a lower pricetag. To be brutally honest, I would prefer that the product be packaged in a glass bottle rather than plastic.

I purchased Visionnaire based on my past history with Lancome products, the advertisements, and customer reviews. After a few weeks, I did notice that some of the wrinkles where diminishing, but my face was breaking out. Since this has happened in the past when I have switched to a new product, I kept using it because I liked some of the other results. After 2+ months, the blemishes have not cleared up, so I have discontinued using this product.
