Never liked lipstick texture, shiny look from a gloss that disappears almost immediately and preferred balm or liner but dryness of liner, lack of pigment in lipbalm are no good & really don't like to layer either. First time trying Lancome Lipstick(Being a Lip Addict also own several from other brands) New Rouge In Love Lipstick is mind blowing and just can't get any better! This is my No.1 Lip Color ever among my huge lip collection. I tried & chose to own 6 Colors (Jolie Rosalie (2nd one as a backup), Delicate Lace, Rouge Rendez-Vous, Violette Coquette, Divine Seduction & Fiery Attitude Favorites in the order they were mentioned subtle/pleasant scent n so gorgeous, wonderful on my tan skintone & probably universal colors, work for most skintones medium to deep! Great Texture with perfect staying Power, Light weight yet Great Color depth, Wears of nicely leaving beautiful subtle stain after a good 2-3 Hours if not 6 hrs which may be possible depending upon drinks/food etc or when travelling @night. I just use 1 or 2 coats (smoothing it out with my finger for a matt look) that's all no lipliner under or gloss needed:) And, YES it comes in a Prettiest Cool Silver Case!!! 4/7/12

Have found many I despise and a handful I love, but THIS is the absolute FIRST long-staying lipstick that actually does what it says - LASTS, WITHOUT drying. Every word Lancome uses in its advertising for Rouge In Love is on-the-mark: lightweight, lasting color, non-drying. It's like a stain in how it wears, but without any of the negative side effects of every other long-staying lipstick I've used, despite the brand or cost. I purchased 106M and can't wait to buy several more! 4/1/12
