Rated 5 out of 5 by The Best brow solution! Ladies... this is hands down the best brow pencil/powder tool... etc. A little history... I am in independent make up sales and love what I sell. My eye brows used to be full and beautiful, no pencil needed. Long story short, triumph over tragedy and a wonderful facial plastic surgeon, but my brows are less than perfect. My first try was my own sales, and to no avail.. I was on the search for a miracle. I have them ALL. Not to mention, spent a small fortune. Lancome has the best, and comparatively the price is competitive. The fact is ladies... you get what you pay for. :) 8/19/11
