After watching Michelle Phan’s video, I had a feeling that it would be something I had been looking for, for a long time. So, I went to get it and I absolutely loved it. It’s very friendly for my sensitive acne-prone skin. It leaves my skin so soft, smooth and clean. It’s perfect for any time of day; especially, a mid day toner when my face feels a bit sticky, and it doesn’t dry my skin out either. My potential acne seems to clear out quickly as well. It’s just the best and most wonderful cleanser I’ve ever experienced.

As my second favorite Lancome cleanser I look forward to saturating my cotton and feeling the difference this makes. I am amazed. I then apply my fav toner and the difference in my skin is pricless, just like all of my Lancome. BUY THIS FOR A QUICK SWEEP -Or your prep cleanser after using your fav- IT IS A TREASURE- BOYBEAUTY

I am just starting to invest in higher quality cosmetic products, thanks to my mom sharing the Visionnair and Genefique to me. I tried the small sample of normal eye makeup remover she got with her other samples. It worked well, but left a burning sensation in my eyes.
That's why I decided to go ahead and buy this, even though it was expensive. It claims to remove makeup, and it did, very nicely. No burning at all. I don't really have sensitive eyes, but any cleanser containing oil typically causes irritation.
This product did not cause irritation at all. And, it was easy to dispense onto a cotton ball. Wiped my entire face and neck, giving extra attention to my lashes to remove the Doll Lashes mascara.
As with all the Lancome products I've tried, this product smells nice and classy - exactly what you would imagine "gentle" smelling like :)

I suffer from extremely dry and sensitive skin but washing with a gentle face wash alone is not enough to remove my makeup daily. This produce works well to remove all remaining traces of make up after my shower at night, without drying or irritating my skin. Usually Lancome products have too much fragrance for me but this one does not seem to.

My "mature" skin does not relish soap & water, so I am always looking for products to remove make-up and daily assaults. This is a great product for taking them off quickly and gently. My only reason for not giving it a 5th star is that I have to use a separate product to effectively take off my mascara (which is not waterproof).
