This makeup remover works wonders. I used to use only olive oil to remove makeup but decided to give this a try. Its seriously amazing. Its so powerful but so gentle on the eyes and skin. Its not oily and will take off the darkest of makeup. I own more then two bottles at the moment. I keep one in my purse, bedroom, and bathroom. A beauty must have, ladies! <3

I absolutely love The BI-FACIL eye makeup remover I buy it all the time because nothing else is like this! I love the Lancome brand because it gives you results that you are told it will. This eye makeup remover is used by my mom, me, my mother in law, cousins, & aunts. I was introduced to this product along time ago by my cousin when I was just starting to wear eye makeup and I have fallen In love with this ever since. The smell, the texture, and the fact that its gentle always makes me happy. After a long day of wearing makeup at work, coming home and washing my makeup off with my Lancome Creme Radiance wash and using my Lancome toner and BI-FACIL eye makeup remover I feel brand new!

It seems like I've been using this product for 20 years. It's the best eye make-up remover in existence. The product treats the skin around the eye very gently. Just put it on a piece of cotton, hold it on you closed lid for about 5 second and wipe gently. No tugging or pulling on the delicate tissue. And although it is an oily product, it doesn't irritate your eye. What more can you ask for?

I love this product. It's the only one I use. It is just right; no oily feeling or residue that you feel you have to wash off, yet, no dry feeling either. A little goes a long way. I don't wear heavy make-up so each of these bottles lasts me very close to a year. And I admit, sometimes, when I am feeling lazy at night, I use this, then toner, then my night cream, no wash at all. for those of you who are not sure, try it as a freebie at any Lancôme event!
