I wear alot of eye makeup almost everyday so i've tried many makeup removers and this is by far the best! It works fast and smoothly so i don't have to rub my eyes clean...great because im trying to prevent wrinkles :)

I have tried eye makeup removers from other brands but bi-facil was the most efficient in removing all traces especially mascara.

This is the only remover that doesn't pull out my eyelashes when I use waterproof mascara which I use daily as I'm extremely active and live in humid South Florida. It doesn't leave a residue like some of those yucky removers that temporarily blur your vision or leave gross deposits in the corners of your eyes. I've had no sensitive reactions as I've had with other brands and it doesn't hurt my eyes. It's quick and easy and disolves the harshest of my makeup. Wonderful! I've used it for quite awhile and have no need to change. Have tried many others and nothing has measured up. :)
