I wear waterproof Lancome mascaras on my top lashes only, but they always smudge by late afternoon because my eyelids are oily, even without eye cream. I'm 42, and my oily skin hasn't dried up yet, so I thought I'd have this mascara problem for life. Then I tried a sample of Cils Booster XL, and my mascara stayed put until late evening! I couldn't believe it, so I decided to go 2 days without the base to see if it was the Hypnose Drama I was also using for the first time. It flaked and smudged on my oily skin just like the Definicils does. I've been using this base ever since, and I swear by it!

Most people know if you want your lashes thicker, longer, darker looking, put on the Cils Booster XL base. There is and additonal benefit for me in applying the base first. After i remove my mascara, my lashes are totally conditioned. I find that they are soft as silk, and i don't lose not a single hair from my lashes. I will never again wear mascara without protecting my lashes. Thank you Lancome.

The CILS Booster XL makes my lashes longer, more defined, natural looking, and keeps mascara fresh long into the evening. It is a Magic Wand for lashes. It prepares your lashes for a lighter coat of mascara, ending in no clumps of mascara; each lash being lengthened individually. Excellent product.

I absolutely love this product. I don't think I can live with out this now. It makes such a huge difference and even saved some mascaras that I was going to toss out cause I thought they were horrible. I highly recommend this product.

A friend passed her sample of Cils Booster XL (lash primer) to me and I have been purchasing it ever since. Can't imagine ever putting mascara on without it. Love this product.
