Rated 1 out of 5 by Worst Foundation I Have Ever Purchased I originally over a year or so ago purchased Teint Idole Ultra in Buff 3 (N). It took me 15 years to find this perfect foundation for my skin. I loved that it looked natural and was easy to put on and stayed looking fresh all day. I dont wear a lot of makeup or use foundation everday so that is why the product lasted so long. I have purchased many foundations and fell in love with this product. I was finally about to run out and went to purchase another one and found out this product is no longer being made and was told about this new foundation Teint Idole Ultra 24H. This product is horrible it smells like I was putting bug spray on my face. Smells like a pesticide and it does not go on easy and irritated my face. The ingredients are very different from the Teint Idole Ultra. Very unsatisfied and I have never had a foundation smell like I was using a pesticide. I was able to return the product. I am dissapointed that i am on the hunt again for a new foundation and I will not be purchasing Lancome products. 4/2/13

Thanks for a great selection of fair shades! This foundation minimizes the fine lines around my eyes. It's slightly moisturizing without appearing oily. It looks as good after nine hours wear as it does when it's applied, and I absolutely love the coverage. 3/30/13

It's much heavier and makes my skin look cakey and actually accentuates my pores. It seems thicker than the other formula, I've been disappointed and am actually on the hunt for a new base. This is the first lancome product I don't like--this a great brand, but not a great foundation. 3/28/13

Lancome...you did it and got it right! No more mixing my own shades and spending three times the amount money to find my best match! THANK YOU for understanding that people of color come in all shades including 460! 3/26/13
Rated 2 out of 5 by Miss the old Teint Idole I ran out of my old Teint Idole foundation in January and was told Lancome had re-formulated it to a 24 hour wear makeup. I purchased the new Teint Idole and do not like it. I find it very difficult to apply. It is much too thick and dries very quickly making the blending of the foundation very tricky. I used to only wear a little amount with the old formula , but with this one, I have to apply more in order for it to blend. This new foundation actually looks like I'm wearing makeup, where as with the old one, it looked more natural. I have no idea why Lancome had to re-formulate a product that was fine the way it was. I'm going to have to look for a new oil-free foundation from another cosmetic company. I've been a long-time customer with Lancome, but am just not happy with this new foundation. 3/18/13
