Julia1386, I strongly suggest stopping by a counter and trying colors before purchasing. 323 (Rose Flush) may work for your complexion; bronzers make for a good blush and work with any skin tone (warm/cool/neutral).

I have celiac disease plus skin breakouts associated with this disease. I have begun to have many breakouts in my cheek area after switching from another Lancome blush to this one. Could wheat / gluten be the problem?

If I were in your situation I would go to my local LanCome counter & ask the LanCome girl if this blush contains wheat/gluten. Then speak with your doctor or a dermatologist.
