I'm 24 years old but I have some wrinkles on my entire body from a allergic reaction. My skin also looks dry. They have been on me for awhile. Can this product help me with this issue and how long does it takes to work?

I have just ordered Absolue L'Extrait because it sounds like such a phenomenal product. Although I am 65, my skin does tend to be oily. I am hoping L'Extrait won't be too heavy for my skin. What other Lancome products may I use in conjunction with L'Extrait since I have Visionaire along with several other serums and creams.
