I have to admit I was a bit concerned about cleaning my face with an oil, but this product is amazing. It takes everything (make up) off, but doesn't strip your face of oils so you retain a nice dewy complexion but not greasy. I ABSOLUTELY love this product!

I have been a Lancome user for decades. When my favorite cleanser (Absolut) was discontinued, I tried this one. It is no better than Bifacil at removing waterproof mascara, and maybe not even as good. And I never feel like my face is clean. I have to re-wash my hands with soap to get rid of the oily feeling.

This cleanser will replace BiFacil. It is much easier to use than I anticipated. It feels nice when applying it to my eye area. It doesn't leave my eyes looking bloodshot or oily feeling. I use a warm washclothe after massaging it in and it removes all the mascara. Believe me, that is no easy task, as I intend for the mascara to stay on after appication. It also leaves the rest of my face feeling soft and clean when I am done. My skin is dry and sensitive and I have no unpleasant reaction to this product what so ever. It has a nice fragrance that is not too strong. This is important to me as I have allergic reactions to strong smells. Definitely a keeper.

This is a terrific product. I bought it because I really wanted to try an oil cleanser. When you first apply it, yes, it's oily. It feels as though you're getting a facial or a massage while you're rubbing it on your face. I don't want to stop doing it! It smells fantastic too. Then you apply a little water and immediately the texture changes from oil to just wet. I was afraid it would be really hard to remove and leave an oily residue, but it doesn't. After you emulsify with water, it rinses easily. It's very gentle on eyes, and does remove eye make-up, but it left a lot of mascara behind. That's why I only gave it 4 stars, but as a cleanser I give it 5 stars. Your skin is left clean and velvety soft. Don't be afraid of the oil. Try it!

This cleanser is fantastic! I'm in my late 20's and have used this cleanser for more than 5 years. I have oily/dry skin and it has transformed my skin. The skin looks soft, glowy, and smells nice when washing off makeup or using in the shower. I have recommended this product to other people who also have oily skin. I have never had a breakout from this product and will continue to use it in the years to come.
