Rated 3 out of 5 by I Loved this brow pencil until it needed sharpening I used the pencil for over a month without needing to sharpen it. But once I did It broke every time until it was unusable... I was very careful and tried the lancome sharpener as well as three others... This is why it is to me a terrible value... 10/6/12
Rated 1 out of 5 by NOT for blondes If you are blonde the Brow Expert in blonde is a much better product choice for you. This pencil like most blonde pencils is far too red for a natural blonde's skin and brows and looks hard and artificial on. I don't understand why the shade in the pencil doesn't match the Brow Expert! 9/29/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Didn't know what I was missing Color is intense and last all day! The texture is more powder finish. I bought sable since I have dark brown hair and it is perfect! I just wish it is automatic but I guess the texture and performance won't be the same if it was. 9/20/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by I also have used these pencils for years. However, they are WAY too expensive and I have had a LOT of breakage when sharpening. Even took my pencil to a local Lancome counter where the pencil broke while the salesperson was trying to sharpen it! Please, Lancome, fix this problem! 7/29/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by Unique Pencil I have been buying these pencils for years because my brows are sparse and my skin is oily there so the powdered texture suits me, but I must agree with one of the other reviewers that the CONSTANT breaking when sharpening them is VERY frustrating and too expensive for me. You need a sharp pencil to create a true looking brow. I have two of the Lancome sharpeners. I sharpen VERY carefully and pray that it doesn't break. I must agree that 50% of the pencil is lost due to this flaw in the pencil. I wish Lancome could correct this problem. I do enjoy the many choices in colors. I use both the mahogany and the brunet. 5/30/12
