I wear what might be called a lot of eye make-up, shadows, liner, mascara, etc. i also wear contacts. This product gets the eye make-up off and doesn't burn my eyes, or ruin my contacts. It is so gentle and effective. I highly recommend it to anyone with sensitive skin and/or contacts.

This is the best eye makeup remover on the PLANET! Nothing else compares to it....i've tried others! It's gentle, soothing, smells nice and removes all my eye makeup. Please don't ever stop making this!!!

I've tried several makeup remover, this is one of the best, it cleans softly and gently but completely. I would love to tell all my friends of such wonderful product, by the way, the price is reasonable.

I have been using Bi-Facil eye makeup remover since I was in my late teens. (Lancome, please don't ever discontinue it!) This is the only eye makeup remover I will use! I have sensitive skin and have not found a better eye makeup remover offered anywhere else (even from so-called sensitive-skin specialist cosmetic lines). It really works! And it is gentle on my eyelashes and skin.

Rated 5 out of 5 by tyler this has got to be my absolute favorite eye makeup remover. hands down. i work at sephora and i have many many eye makeup removers to choose from. i will only use this on my clients. no matter how stubborn or how waterproof the makeup, this will take it off. gently, too! the texture of this is gorgeous. i saturate a cotton pad, press it on the eye for 10 seconds and wipe away and everything is gone. the eye area is so soft and refreshed afterwards. after using this on a client 9 our of 10 times they purchase it or already have it! holy grail product right here!
