But, I just had to share my first time experience with those of you who may be wondering if you should purchase this product: I LOVE THIS FOUNDATION! I used it last night to go to a high school basketball game. I haven't been out of the house in sooo long, and I was scared to try it (I received it yesterday, also). Ladies, you know that when you try a new pruduct, and you're not happy with it, you have to start all over. Well, as I began to apply this, I couldn't get it spread fast enough. That's how much I loved it instantly! It is so light and great coverage! I have had acne issues off and on primarily due to bad makeup, but I honestly feel that this is my end product. I was also scared to buy a shade without testing first, but the 10 is perfect for my light skin. I burn easy, too, so the SPF 20 is great! The product is a little pricey, but you really do get what you pay for. The only other con I found is that when you pump, it's hard to get a very small amount out. Mine pumps the same amount every time. I looked flawless last night. Thanks Lancome! :) 2/8/12

This product goes on smoothly, covers well, is not shiny and lasts throughout the day. Reapplying more is not a problem as it is sheer enough to be able to touch up if needed. 1/17/12

Then one day when I went to buy it, a Lancome consultant suggested that I might be using the wrong foundation for my skin type. Since my skin had changed over the years, she suggested the Renergie Lift Makeup instead. I was hesitant but she assured me that I could return it if I didn't like it. I am so glad that I tried it because she was absolutely right, and it turned out to be even better than the Teint Idole for my changing skin. A great foundation that blends easily and stays looking natural all day. I use the Dual Finish powder over it, but you wouldn't have to. Thank you, and please don't ever discontinue this wonderful product. 1/15/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by Love the makeup--hate the pump I love the finish of the makeup but hate the pump bottle. You can never get just the right amount and is a pain at the end of the bottle to try and get the last amount out. Since it is so expensive, I want to use it all even when the pump won't get the last amount out. Frustrating!! 1/8/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by best foundation My Mom introduced me to this product. I have oily skin and very yellow pigment in my skin that makes me look pale. After I put on this foundation my skin brightened up. The shade I chose (10NW) has pink in it which counteracted my yellowness. The texture is great too. Usually make up doesn't last on my skin because of the oiliness, but this stays on all day, even when I come back from work, I still have it on, verses other make up gets absorbed by the pores and leaves out an oily residue. Even my coworkers noticed the change and said I looked more radiant. I also notice the tightness on my skin, even though I don't have any wrinkles yet, it's not too early to fix that before it starts. There's also no break outs. I'm in my thirties, but I used to break out like a teen, bit since I started using this, I haven't seen any. 1/6/12
