First let me say this product doesn't "promise" anything and just like all cosmetics it's success depends on the user's personal reaction. I personally like this product alot. I'm 3/4's of the way through my 50th year and have been a Lancome devotee since my 20's. Yes, some products I don't use because the results were not what I was looking/hoping for and some I will always use. CILS Booster is one of those products I'll always use. I can't, in all honesty, say that my lashes are "thicker & longer" but I can say that my Definicils goes on more evenly, my eyelashes are healthier & don't seem to fall out as much and I just like the "look" my eyelashes have when I use it. It's all a personal preference and I prefer to use CILS Booster :)

This product gives my lashes a natural fullness and length which, after adding mascara, makes them truly "ho'onani," a Hawaiian word meaning glorious and beautiful. The best thing about this product is how it lasts without flaking, smudging, or clumping until I'm ready to remove it. Perhaps that Utah customer who had poor results got a defective product? I've had similar results in extreme weather conditions (exposing the products) such as too cold or too hot. Snowy, icy climes can clump or freeze primers & mascaras!

I have dark, medium length lashes on the thinner side. I've applied this using multiple mascaras and have noticed no difference. I've applied the mascara while the Cils Booster was still wet and waited for it to dry also, but the result was the same. I've noticed no increase in length or volume when using this product. In fact, I think it makes my lashes more clumped together than any thing else. I don't understand all of the good reviews. I just must not have the appropriate lash type for this product.

Brush a thick, white, smooth coating over your lashes, let it dry, then apply your mascara. It is like your lashes put on weight! Like a layer of fat! I did one eye with and one eye without. The difference was amazing! I say it is money well spent.

This primer goes on very easily and makes a huge difference in how long and thick your lashes look. It washes off easily and now that I have tried it I'll never do without it.
