I have been wearing this scent ever since it came out and I feel absolutely incomplete without it. My family and friends all say it IS me and it has become a reminder of me when I'm not there. My scent is POEME! I love it so much. I have to say I was distraught to see the department stores no longer carrying it. PLEASE DO NOT DISCONTINUE!!! I wear it every day and not only am I complimented all day and night from total strangers, mostly men, but my husband and kids love it on me as well! My sister and niece say they love that it smells like me in her room for months after I have left a visit. It has become a comfort as we don't live in the same state and don't get to see each other as much as we would like. My kids have been raised with this scent reminding them of mom, comfort, love, home. My husband also Loves this smell on me! He can't stop hugging and kissing me! That's amazing after 25 years together! If this scent goes away it would be like a part of me has died. This is a classic scent please keep it! ~ Poeme Forever

I have been trying to purchace more Poeme for quite a few months but have not been able to find it in the large bottle. I receive compliments everyday from someone telling me I smill nice and it perks up my day. I feel so good knowing I can put a few sprays on in the morning and someone telling me in the eve how nice I smell.
Since I started wearing Poeme I have begun using more and more other products from Lancome. Please Please don't discontinue this fragrance I would hate to have to go find another fragrance and other producrs from a different company.

I have worn this product since it was first made. Poeme is the best fragrance I have worn. Everyone asks what I wear - and where they can buy it. It is very disappointing first to learn that the Parfum was discontinued but now, even the eau de parfum is no longer available at Herbergers.

I have worn this fragrance for about 15 years. I get so many compliments all the time. I don't know what fragrance I would wear if this was not available. What has happened to the larger bottle?

I'm writing this review not only because I love this fragrance, but to plead to Lancome to not discontinue Poeme! I've been wearing this fragrance since it was introduced and it's my signature scent. People tell me all the time they love it and I don't feel fully dressed for my day without it. Now I've tried many other fragrances through the years and have liked some, but never loved anything else. Poeme is the only perfume that has smelled amazing on me and I love it so much. Over the holidays I couldn't find it anywhere and was told by several folks that it was most likely discontinued. So I found some websites selling it and stocked up assuming I would never be able to replenish my supply. I am thrilled to see Poeme currently available on Lancome's website and will keep my fingers crossed that it will continue to be availalble.
This is an amazing scent - it's soft but gorgeous and it's longevity is beyond compare. This scent smells wonderful on me from the moment it touches my skin until I wash it off the next day. It's never overpowering and is always "Just right." For those of you considering trying this fragrance, please do. Because when it works with your skins chemistry there is nothing like it. Not too sweet or too green - but really elegant with a hint of sexy. Just fab!
